The least surprising thing ever is going to be that when confronted with evidence that shows he's a pathological liar and someone who's been soliciting money, from his viewers all the way up to his parents, under false pretenses, all you're going to get in response and as an explanation is just going to be more lies... I'll be shocked if it's anything else.

I'll be waiting for his explanation of why someone committed a federal crime to hack his bank account and he confirms this 100% happened, but then completely fabricated evidence.

Yeah. There's no way he will mention any of the details on that bank statement. He will try to win people over with another "us versus detractors/trolls/criminals" picture. Depending on the results (how much money in tips he gets), he can just stick to that moving forward. He will only consider saying more if he's forced to it (support continues to be slow).

And guess what else? *aggressive T-pose* They're being prosecuted right now and are facing serious jail time! I'm talking 25 to life! Unfortunately, since everyone arrested were mentally ill 14-year-olds, there's no way for me to collect damages from them that were committed against me and my family! So please, if you can, tip me! Yeah, note that “brief” part of Phil’s tweet. Imma guess we will get 15 minutes of Phil pigsplaining and repeating the same stuff over and over.

• He’ll probably step lightly with the “slander” part and imply that it was fake/forged. How?

We’ve already seen him use that one with the Line/WWE stuff, so I’ll be expecting more of the same.
And as for the paypigs? They’re mostly gone or banned by now. Phil gets 2-300 viewers per stream and a good part of those are trolls/ironic fans.

If he was smart he would leave it alone like he has been doing. But he isn't...so....
He probably spent the entire day trying to spin the victim narrative to make himself look bullied to rally the support of his viewers so he can "try" to go back to crying poor. He misses the freedom of begging without judgment for grocery money and mortgage money when it was really going to gin and gatcha.
Stopping every 30 seconds to cry poor had been like second nature to him so he has been uncomfortable walking on eggshells lately which is why he feels he has to address so he can go back to his regular act.... but nothing he says will work.
Also slander is spoken and lible is written so I think he actually means lible unless he is referring to the youtube videos online.
Like I said. His best bet would be not to address anything at all. Unless he breaks down crying and admits he is an alcohol and gambling addict and needs help. In that case it's possible he would get a massive surge of pity bucks. He probably won't go this route because he will be afraid people will make fun of him but let's face it. There is nothing funny about a man who has serious addictions and needs help coming to terms with it and asking for help.

My prediction is he will say he was the victim of identity theft, it's a federal crime that was committed against him, he will say he's dealing with it behind the scenes, he will not address the banking info leak, and he will reiterate asking people to please ignore the "drama and nonsense" people are trying to "slander" him with.
Reasons he cannot talk about specifics: it's an "ongoing legal matter", he doesn't want to accidentally give out more information that could be used against him to commit crimes, he has to protect his family from mentally ill criminals, and besides it's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
He will end by declaring the topic verboten in his chat.
