Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

The girl in the article below was confirmed by doctors as trans, and doctors performed a double mastectomy on her when she was only 15 years old. Shortly after the surgery, the girl realized it was a mistake. Her parents' insurance paid for the lop-off but wouldn't pay for the rebuild. Apparently the insurance company determined the first surgery was medically necessary, but they classified the surgery to fix the doctors' mistake as an elective procedure.

Well, yeah. A girl who says she's a boy is strong and brave and needs help. A girl who says she's a girl is a bigoted, dangerous subversive and needs silencing.

This is just another reason why children shouldn't be given into when it comes transitioning. Most teenagers hate what puberty does to their body, especially girls.

Agree wholeheartedly with the last part. If Faceapp existed in my youth, I would never leave the house.

If you're declared disabled (and Jazz probably is with a diagnosis of depression and anxiety, if nothing else), you get SSI checks and Medicaid, and it's not needs-based. I knew someone from a well-off family who qualified as a young adult.
It is very, very difficult for anyone, much less a barely adult person, to get disability/SSI for mental health problems, especially ones as relatively inconsequential as depression or anxiety. Jazz is more likely to get disability based on his rotting crotch (and that isn't happening, either).

I actually worked as a state disability adjudicator, and actually it's very easy -- or was 20 years ago. SO easy that I had to quit (in disgust) and pursue something else. Maybe it's improved since then.

Interesting. I know that we haven’t seen any direct links stating that Jaron’s received government benefits, or a private carrier, but are there any sources saying he hasn’t, meaning the family is funding this all by themselves.

Even with the money from the show, it just seems like a huge amount without any outside help. Almost all health insurance policies I know of list this as discretionary treatment, meaning it’s not covered.

It sounds like the Bloshinska family may have a special / exotic policy that does cover this sort of treatment. I wonder who their carrier is.

There doesn’t seem to be consensus on this, and the laws seem to vary by state:

Even if Jaron’s policy does cover it and the state isn’t paying for it, stuff like this is what causes our rates to be higher. I can’t blame the insurance companies either, because if they’re covering this, it’s definitely not cheap for them.

Can’t say much about the state of Florida’s position on this, it seems like it’s not 100% clear.

Either way, it looks like the Bloshinska’s are taking away from our family’s hard earned dollars, either through higher insurance premiums or worse yet, tax dollars — if Jaron is on Medicaid. Either way, this obese pervert (J. Bloshinsky) is stealing my family, and your family’s, hard earned money.

Jazz and other young people who got butchered by these wacko doctors are never going to be helped back through insurance money because that would be admitting these doctors did something wrong.

Just like, I'm sure, the doctors who gave Jazz this neovag know well they've fucked up, so they can only keep fixing it rather than admit it's never going to be a vagina.

Holy shit! Who’s the fat dude in the front row? Looks like Harvard might have missed out on a decent football defender!

Jazz has really ballooned btw.

But hey: Here’s a fun experiment. Look at Jazz’s shoulders. Now look at the shoulders of the girls next to Jazz. Now look at the shoulders of the studly guys behind Jazz.

Who does Jazz look like the most?

You can try to fuck with nature, take a little kid and feed him hormone blockers and other shit. But nature always fucking wins.

And all the statistics show that the vast majority of “FTM” teens with “gender issues” somehow resolve themselves without any medical intervention by the time they reach their early 20ies.

Not that I don’t understand the insurance company. They have actually ill people’s treatment to pay for, and can’t just fund a 20.000-50.000$ surgery every time a confused young girl decides to change her pronouns.

Should they have funded the mastectomy in the first place? FUCK NO! But there’s probably some “save the troons” law that dictated they couldn’t refuse.

Here’s an idea: How about mom and dad take extra jobs, money out of their retirement, downsize their vehicles/do whatever to afford their daughters breast reconstruction? You know, since she in a situation that could have been avoided, had they actually done some parenting, instead of taking the path of least resistance.

Jaron just looks all wrong. From the too-small head to the obese body to whatever the fuck is going on with his shoulders to the face that simultaneously looks both too old and too young to the gun-to-the-head forced smile. And this is the best case scenario for a trooned out child. All these troons who go on about how they wish they’d been allowed to transition as a kid need to see this.

Only one of Jazz's boobs is bigger than blond girl's whole frame.

Jazz has broader shoulders than the men.

Right after he gets 41% in a test!
A test called "life".

What happened to Jazz's hairline? It never used to be this bad.
Oh well, I guess at least Jazz is getting involved in the Harvard theatre society, although not the role I would have anticipated. I guess Brad walked out of shot.
