Yeah, he always thinks people just won't let him explain. Nevermind that he got a whole legal filing to do just that, and the judge still shot down all his arugements. I was especially amused that all his screenshots that he purported showed what evil, horrible monsters we are got dismissed as irrelevant. Of course I think he's going to try the same thing again in his appeal. And yes, I think he'll try to refile even thought all his claims were dismissed with prejudice.

He just needs to come at it from a different direction and to find another jurisdiction to sue Jersh, the Orchards and Taylor Swift in. I mean the first 10 lawsuits were dry runs. I don't think the PAC going private is that big of a deal. Russ will try to let the dust settle, and then he'll either make the page public again, or create a new one. He can't stay private for too long. There will be more insta/twitter profiles/websites... and it will be fun to discover them.

That's one of the things I find so fascinating about Russ. His view of the world is utterly deranged. That's the thing. As long as Russ is breathing slurping, he'll eventually produce content. He'll need to pick up the pieces from the one-two punch of the whore-PAC fiasco and getting humiliated by both Josh and Skordas (AGAIN), but he'll be back with something even stupider. I have no idea where he'll go next, if it'll be back music or books or politics or lawsuits or if he's going to move onto something new and absurd.
