All PayPal transactions being attributed to WWE champions is how he’s saying there’s a nugget of truth (lots of transactions will surely be to WWE champions) however it’s very likely some PayPal charges are for other, non mobile gaming related things.
Therefore in Phil’s brain the kernel of truth is being spun into pure speculation and he uses that to try and discredit the whole thing.
