Seviora is, quite simply, a faggot. And I don't mean faggot just because he likes to suck cock. That would just make him a homosexual. People can be homosexual without being a faggot. @theworstkindofeurofag, for example, is probably the least faggoty faggot (as in gay person) in weeb wars.

Much like how nigger isn't a skin color, but a state of mind, Rich Seviora is a sad, petty human who revels in social media dopamine rushes and woke masturbatory positions. A faggot.

That's what I've learned from South Park, and its a little sad that our world is becoming that reality.

I'm not a lover of "Japanimation Culture" by any means, but I'm surprised that this guy's still being put through the wringer after the internet went crazy about it 2 years ago.

I'd like to give my own "Why?" theories on this:

• Vic was just too good at Funimation. He took everybody's jobs, and most of the company's funding, so they needed a way to get rid of him for good in order to save some funds they wanted to share amongst themselves.
• Seeing as how he's twice divorced now, he may be a real-life counterpart of those "Overly-dense Gentiles who get all of the Girls" in those mindless romance cartoons. Some of his more "sociopathic" lovers/stalkers got jealous, and decided to take the opportunity to drive him to the breaking point in order to make due a statement of "this is what happens when you reject our genuine love you heart-wrecking pig". But I'm probably going to be called an incel for that...
• As Vic himself put it: "There are two sides to every story". Maybe the plain truth is, he did "some" of the alleged things, but he feels legit guilt for it, and is trying to deny it as much as possible, because he knew it would destroy his life if it ever got out. I'm not saying he did it, but I'm also not saying that he didn't do it. A company doesn't just hate you overnight. He must've done something big to have an almost unanimous excuse by almost everybody in the company to be happy that they're rid of him. For all anyone can guess, it may have been an open secret they couldn't yet disclose because they'd be losing too much money when his work was at its peak.
• A bit of "All of the above".

But that's purely my take on it. I'm not trying my hardest to defend another well-meaning loser with life-wrecking allegations, I'm just trying to find the reason for what started it all.
I don't believe in Black and White. I only see all of the Grey in between.

I'd like to give my own "Why?" theories on this:

The first bullet point might be a valid one for Sabat alone, who might have feared being exposed if Vic became a director at Funimation.
For most other voice actors, it was envy: Vic is more successful than them, and they hate it, they wanted him gone, and likely thought they would steal his fans.
And then, there is the bandwagon of twitter crazy nobodies who just wanted to be part of the witch hunt for virtual asspats.

As for the things he did, the only one that sticks is that he cheated on his girlfriend, and that's about it.
Other than that, he is just a guy who likes to hit on pretty girls, which, of course, enrages the fat women of twitter and their beta simps.
Honnestly, if anything, the guy seems to actually be too nice for his own good...

There are a couple of problems with some of your theories:
1. If you're talking about roles, the period where Vic seemed to voice a male main role at Funimation was from 2003-2009 (Todd Haberkorn would be in a similar position in the early 2010s). Vic lived in LA for a period of time and was not at Funimation very often until 2018, when he moved back to Texas. He even submitted voice recordings from his home studio in LA, so he didn't have to travel to Texas all the time. If you are talking you're talking about having a production role, Vic only did that once in 2017 with Juni Taisen: Zodiac War as an ADR Director. This is where the "position of power" argument by components in KickVic falls flat to me. Vic did not have the same sort of status in any of the studios he worked with as Chris Sabat does in Funimation.
No, the real heart of getting him removed is not just with studios but with the conventions. Voice acting does not make much money, even if you get a lot of roles. Conventions are where the voice actors make their money (and they are encouraged by the studios because that's a bit of advertisement for them, too). And who manages to get very large lines at conventions compared to other voice actors? Vic Mignogna. I believe the Funimation clique thought if Vic was removed, they would "inherit" Vic's lines and rake in more cash. Apparently, this did not pan out for them.

2. Vic's been married once. He and Michele Specht never tied the knot.
As to your other point, Michele fits your scenario, though. However, Sara Bachmeyer never came out against Vic (the only reason why Tammi Denbow even questioned Vic about it was probably because of Monica, who either heard about their kiss from Sara or Vic himself). Selene, his ex-wife, has not come out and lambasted Vic. In fact, the only women that Vic admits that he was close to a one-night stand with are the Yosts (who are suspicious since they lived with @Ron Toye and Monica for a time, plus @Ron Toye managed to get one of them an internship at the Tuttle Group).
No other women have come out and said they had an intimate relationship with Vic, then joined in the KickVic mob.

3. Funimation didn't hate Vic overnight. However, there is a clique of voice actors in Funimation that have talked about Vic behind his back for YEARS. Sean Schemmel openly despised Vic (and Vic's fans) even before 2018, Sonny Strait participated in on Schemmel's maliciousness, Greg Ayres hated Vic for Vic's Christianity because Greg is gay, and Chris Sabat apparently hated Vic since the moment Vic stepped into Funimation's door in 2003 - everything from the way Vic spoke, the way he dressed, his faith, his fans, etc. but Sabat never did it in front of Vic's face. Evidently, Jamie Marchi and Monica Rial were in that group, too. Vic was the office butt-monkey to them and was derided by them in secret for years.
For example, when Adam Sheehan (never trust this guy) brought up the "Vic Locks" in his affidavit, he made it seem that Vic was the reason for their installation. This is a lie by omission. The reason why Funimation had locks installed was due to a mentally ill fan known as Johnny Otaku that stalked the Funimation lobby until he was thrown out by security in 2007. Johnny had previously exclaimed at a convention panel of Funimation voice actors that he wanted to be the "next Vic Mignogna," much to the cringe of the panel members. That's why they are called "Vic Locks."
Not anything Vic did himself, but because Vic was the office butt-monkey.
