Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? I'm not sure what's real at this point. Half the headlines are saying it reaffirmed Trump lost, but the counter argument is that they're referring to the hand recount and not the audit. The people citing the audit are saying something like 50k+ ballots were either duplicates or had bad/no signature. I'm not sure what's true yet.

They’re dancing around, or rather outright ignoring the forensics results, and pointing and screaming at the hand count results. Hand count results only compared tallies to ensure that they matched. The forensic audit looked at the ballots themselves, to check signatures, duplicates, etc. It paints an extremely different picture. 17k duplicate ballots, 99% of which were for Biden. 255,326 Early Votes in the VM55 that do not have a corresponding EV33 entry, meaning they’re possibly/likely fraudulent. Blank ballots were verified and counted. Over 1 million electronic files were deleted between Nov ‘20 and March of this year. The machines could be and were accessed remotely.

I don’t know what storage medium was used. I do recall the presenter stating that “a user” had apparently run a script multiple times, to delete hoards of data, right up to the audit being announced.

Semantically, yes. Then again, go to any gun maker in the US, pull an AR-15 off the assembly line, and there's a 99.99% chance that it would be illegal in 7 states + DC. You also have to consider that there's a number of states that have the option of issuing gun permits that regularly refuse to unless you're a politician or celebrity, like New York and Maryland, making gun ownership illegal through a workaround.
