Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Gun rights being restricted in certain states is a consequence of the Supreme Court having little precedent. The court case Heller, which said, "Yes, idiots, the right to bear arms is for individuals, not militias," is very recent, mostly because it was widely understood before liberals started playing dumb about the plain language. As the court has more conservative weight to throw around, it will take up more gun cases and make it clear that California can no longer try to restrict ammo purchases or useful TOOLS of WEAPONRY again.

One gun case coming up would decide if New Yorkers can have concealed-carry permits for self-defense. (Obviously yes, but New York has relied on everyone pretending it's a states' rights issue when it is not.) Just last week, the ACLU filed a brief stating that letting concealed-carry permits go through would violate First Amendment rights because people might be scared of saying things if they don't know who is loaded. Pants on head stupid and the finishing blow of the ACLU's credibility as a constitutional rights org.

I don't think such ... imaginative briefs are going to help New York's case. But if this is the best they've got, it's heartening.

Didn't they just recently get access to the database or something that Maricopa was stonewalling on? Was that information put in the audit, or are they still waiting to see if they can recover some of those files? I haven't been following it closely.

This, by the way, is where the steal fucked up. The idea is to add just enough to push your guy over and insert it into the noise. Not several hundred thousand at once, right after a long pause, all at once. Add in that stamped ballot thing, and this was all clearly a rush job. Get it all out as fast as possible, and assume nobody would look. This explains so much about why Maricopa county was resisting handing anything over. You need a central focus for this tactic to work, a place your candidate will win and you can blend the votes into the background. Maricopa was the only place in Arizona that could be.


And now the federal-level Republican strategy comes into view, and I am impressed. I was wondering why the federal-level Republicans were only really supporting Arizona. Now I know. With the only country being Maricopa and its relatively small size, it was the easiest nut to crack to justify any further action in any state. It's a casus belli, a call to war, and with this indisputable in any other state. Maricopa is now the justification for all future events, with public backing.

It has EVERYTHING to do with feelings. The left is running on pure emotion, amplified by Post-Modernist indoctrination (which is literally "my emotions are more important than your logic"). To them "FUCK TRUMP" literally is more important than the glaring evidence that the election was rigged. It doesn't matter to them. Nothing matters to them. They finally "won" when they were "supposed" to win in 2016, and the fact that their winning pissed off the right is even better. "Fuck Trump" is all they care about. They "won" and that's all that matters.

Amongst other things, they could boot to a second version of the vote system in order to run a rigged version of the voting software. It would be trivial to have this second version record it's results on the first drive while recording temp files and forensic evidence on the second drive. An audit would, in theory, only see the first drive, meaning all the forensics would be completely gone.

Another thing they could do is boot to the second drive to report rigged results while leaving the real results pristine on the main drive.

They could do a shitload of stuff with this. But it doesn't matter, no matter what, this shows without a doubt that the machines were absolutely tampered with before / during / after the election. No matter what other talking points they try to spit out about this, the voting machines in Arizona were absolutely fucked with. There is no longer any doubt as to that.

Because destroying it is pretty much so fucking damning that even the most slack jawed retard will start fucking asking questions because that's tantamount to admitting you are guilty.

Also they are hedging their bets that tech illiterate rubes won't ask questions and tune out and just buy the pre-release spin that they are already spinning to bury the evidence of fraud that have been confirmed here.
