In Phils dream world his perfect stream is playing Super Turbo II non stop beating up low tier scrubs and having his fans give him $20 every time he wins.

No one on his skill level or above is allowed in lobbies. This is why he can never stream what he wants, Because what he wants is a fantasy.

This made me think. If Phil could swallow his pride he could really cut out a niche for himself. Most of his fans don't care where the money goes anyway. There's tons of gacha he could embrace.
Shit he could he even do special pokemon or other card game openings as "rewards" for sub goals and shit. His genuine excitement for pulls might actually pull new fans in plus he gets to enjoy his addiction without having to deal with changing his story every stream.

For Phil having “nothing he could do to stop a hate mob from forming around him”, there’s really one simple solution.
Stop begging. No more “this right here sucks”, no more calling the streams “incredibly slow” at $37, no more “it’s been 45 minutes since the last tip it’d be nice if that changed, just saying…”
No more “we’ve got an hour left on stream PLEASE if you like my content…”, no more “guys we’ve got the Bison hat at $100!”
No one cares if some fat retard is blowing all his money on booze, fast food, and online gambling. No one cares if he’s taking that money from the loneliest speds on the internet, because that’s all Phil has left at this point, literally no normal people left to grift.
Even his poor gaming skills aren’t much of a draw at this point, not since he got kicked off Machinima have people cared about Phil’s opinion regarding games.
It’s the never ending pity party and claims that “I need THAT money to pay my bills!” which causes people to hate Phil nowadays. The fun of seeing a man cry poor when he’s making $12k a month is what pulls people into the Autism Vortex nowadays. Poking holes in his ridiculously paper thin narrative.
If Phil just admitted to not wanting to implement hardware upgrades it’s not like his army of speds would care. Instead he puts on this sad show of “Maybe NEXT YEAR I’ll install that green screen you guys…”
But obviously Phil can’t quit the begging because “addict” is the cornerstone of his personality. He’s addicted to watching that X/150 go up, he physically can’t help himself from calling attention to it. Someone could probably dig up a clip of him saying “By the way guys, we’ve got half an hour left in the stream…” when he’s already hit the Goal.
The Tips Goal drama is the only thing really keeping haters on his back. But he can’t shake the itch of ordering people to contribute to it. So no, he’s not “helpless” in getting haters to leave him alone…he’s just, dare I say, mentally ill.

Phil threatening detractors by saying he's going to "hire a lawyer" is just fucking hilarious.

Who the fuck is he going to sue? The internet? Is he going to sue the dude who dropped the info? If so, does he know his real name? Because even we don't know who he is. Is Phil going to dox the dude's info, or rather, is his butt buddy KG going to do it? If so, wouldn't that get traced back to him? Is he going to sue Null, despite Null knowing exactly how to handle shit like that?

Phil's blatant threat has no weight. Phil, you got your shit dropped, and now you have to bend over and take it, while we sit back and laugh at you. This isn't SRK Forums anymore, Phil. You can't just make threats to create drama then run like a bitch.

He can't publicly admit that it's all his. It destroys his begging narrative, and as we saw was the straw that broke some paypig back just admitting to the leak with his denials thrown in. And he would need to explain, without being able to blame detractors, the over 8000 in iTunes payments. There's no way to explain this that ends well for him

He lost his chance to stop this from getting out and he's trying to, unsuccessfully, convince people not to seek it out

Even if he somehow did get the leaker in court, would Phil not have to prove his actions caused him a financial loss or damage to his reputation? Libel and Slander are known as tools of the rich for a reason, they're very hard to prove and he'd be liable for the legal bills if it failed.

If he was smart, he won't want to sue. It would open his finances to public scrutiny. It would be needed to prove his case. And he must know that any questions will be asked. And his current statements are going to be used against him.

Also he needs to be careful what he what he sues for. If he tries for libel, he'd have to prove that it is false, and that whoever he goes after knew it was false.

It'd be like what Andrew Wakefield attempted to do. He sued to silence a journalist, only to drop the suit when he realised the journalist got to see what he needed to blow the story.

The nature of the channel to be 100% DSP material for 5 years non-stop and never trying to personalize the content is very odd too, something no other serious detractor channel does. DSP content is usually a means to an end, on SB it's all it ever wants to be.

It's overly nasty, to attract all the bees to the honeypot but when something actually damaging occurs (such as the recent leaks) he goes into damage control mode or ignores it.

I think Snort is DSP, monetizing the hate. Gets a decent amount of ad-revenue too.

DSP is a bidnessman afterall. Also don't give that stuff about him being too lazy or unable to edit videos, he can do a lot if there is money in it. This is also probably why he turned comments off on his main channel too, to push them onto his troll channel. Wonder if there is a corelation between when snort was made and when comments were turned off.

afaik snort burnell is the "new" channel from ardnas, she was/ is some eastern european chick who uploaded detractor compilations but philbert got her account banned.
after that she created the snort burnell channel

I'm impressed. He spent 3k on his birthday solely on WWE pulls because it was the Hulk Hogan event... Couldn't you, maybe, travel with this money? Experienced something cool for a change?
