It's funny whenever he discusses mobile games he tries to write them off as "something to do to waste time when you're bored" to cover his obvious addiction. Phil if there was a poster boy for having nothing to do all day it would be your unemployed hermit ass.

Even if he somehow did get the leaker in court, would Phil not have to prove his actions caused him a financial loss or damage to his reputation? Libel and Slander are known as tools of the rich for a reason, they're very hard to prove and he'd be liable for the legal bills if it failed.

In regards to Libel, he would have to prove falsehood and knowledge of said falsehood. The burden of proof would be on him. You can claim that you believed that the information was true and unless he can prove otherwise, you'd win. That is why it is so difficult.

He would need to prove damages. However it should be noted that he couldn't claim damages caused by other factors, having a bad reputation prior to the "libel" would mitigate the attempt to claim damage. In fact in "Lenny Dykstra vs St. Martin press, LLC" where the case was dropped because the claimant's reputation was too toxic to be defamed.

this reminds me of around when Law and Order SVU went from "ripped from the headlines" to becoming the daytime soap for house fraus, Stepford wives and people who think the internet outside of facebook is the dark web there was the now usual Hollywood writer makes a "counter culture" or "not normal" group out to be the most spoopy stereotypical thing possible.

There was an episode that started with 2 "gamers" who locked their child in a closet so they could game and ofc being SVU stereotypes they were morbidly obese, extremely unwashed, lazy and stupid ofc they had glasses. IIRC they were filmed with tight close-ups and shaky cam. OFC they were so into gaming they didn't hear the chad detectives enter.

This was well before the satrical gamergate episode...at least I thought that one was satire.

Is it just me or is SnortBurnell actually DSPs own monetized troll channel?

The frequency of uploads is exactly what I would expect if it was him, most likely he makes them during those long breaks.

The nature of the channel to be 100% DSP material for 5 years non-stop and never trying to personalize the content is very odd too, something no other serious detractor channel does. DSP content is usually a means to an end, on SB it's all it ever wants to be.

It's overly nasty, to attract all the bees to the honeypot but when something actually damaging occurs (such as the recent leaks) he goes into damage control mode or ignores it.

I think Snort is DSP, monetizing the hate. Gets a decent amount of ad-revenue too.

DSP is a bidnessman afterall. Also don't give that stuff about him being too lazy or unable to edit videos, he can do a lot if there is money in it. This is also probably why he turned comments off on his main channel too, to push them onto his troll channel. Wonder if there is a corelation between when snort was made and when comments were turned off.

I guess anything’s possible, right, and in ~2010 Phil did operate a troll channel and left comments on DSPcultleader videos, but if you believe this is true than you have to subscribe to the theory that Phil is actually a con artist who doesn’t blow all his money and is only pretending to be a dumbass like he’s flightreacts or something. Additionally you have to consider, seriously, why wouldn’t Phil put this effort into his own content for his fans? And remember that if this is true Phil would have to be pretending to be completely computer illiterate. And Phil would have to be a mastermind in hiding his snort Burnell files from the desktop when he was so dumb that he leaked leanna nudes from his desktop icons.

It's retarded because he used to talk openly about it in the past. There's hundreds of posts that are still up on the WWE Supercard forum where he's bragging about spending money. His last post on the supercard forum was him saying he was leaving to go play a different WWE game. He's talked on Ask the King about how he enjoys mobile games like WWE Supercard, Final Fantasy, and Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. In his wedding trip vlog he said he got in flight WiFi because both he and Kat like to play mobile games. At one point he had a rant telling people not to get in to mobile games because he blew tons of money on them and got so hooked that he was even asking for itunes cards for christmas.

But we're just supposed to forget all of this.
