for all his bitching about his lemon pc he was still able to hook it up to do 720p60 or 1080p60 streams. So im curious what phil actually thinks getting a better pc would do when phil clearly hates PC gaming as a whole, not just that his lemon pc isn't powerful enough to run on high graphic settings.

Phil is clearly one of those guys who's a console fanboy just because he's lazy (no offense to the console players out there), does he want his paypiggies to think he someone gets him a 5k prebuilt that he's suddenly gonna be streaming PC games all day with a greenscreen behind his chair or something?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with buying a console if that's how you want to consume your games, and is usually the best way for more casual fans to engage with the medium, or if you just have no interest in PC gaming. In reality, Phil doesn't have a good reason to not own a decent gaming PC. Most of the games he's played have come out on the PC at the same time as their console versions, with most being designed with the console in mind. Pretty much every game, whether AAA or the cheapest of indies will let you play by hooking a controller up (some older ones get kinda scuffed and will only work with specific types of controllers) and letting you play it that way. I wouldn't even give a shit if he just said "I don't like PC gaming and would prefer to play on consoles". The problem is how Phil talks and acts about PC gaming (and by extension streaming) paints the picture.

In his head, for some reason, PC gaming is:
  • needlessly complicated (see his PC Witcher 2 first boot for a great example of this bitching)
  • expensive (granted, expensive to get into, but much cheaper in long term than buying every new console because you can't be assed to learn to replace parts)
  • uncomfortable (you have to sit in a chair instead of a couch)
  • disingenuous/fake (my personal favourite since he loves ripping on other streamers with PC set ups and how they consume games as fake gamers. A specific recent example is his rage against people with dual monitor set ups and ring lights)
Phil is intimidated by PCs and PC gamers. I think his flunking out of changing majors when he was in college probably played into him hating PCs, but even if he didn't try for computer science while in school he'd still hate them. He grew up in the 80s-90s and back then, computers were for nerds and Phil IS NOT a nerd. He just wants to be able to plug something in and play it, and not have to deal with those stupid fucking problems that PCs always cause to their stupid fake gamer owners who aren't smarter than him.

"Sometimes it's a God's honest mistake" (that you got banned) = I need those views, I need that money, I really do

Email Phil to get unbanned and send him a damn instruction manual how to find your Youtube channel or it will take him days like with Derich.

Btw, I really dislike his fake happy mood today. Most disingenuous piece of shit I've seen. (that's not a politician)

It's retarded because he used to talk openly about it in the past. There's hundreds of posts that are still up on the WWE Supercard forum where he's bragging about spending money. His last post on the supercard forum was him saying he was leaving to go play a different WWE game. He's talked on Ask the King about how he enjoys mobile games like WWE Supercard, Final Fantasy, and Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. In his wedding trip vlog he said he got in flight WiFi because both he and Kat like to play mobile games. At one point he had a rant telling people not to get in to mobile games because he blew tons of money on them and got so hooked that he was even asking for itunes cards for christmas.

But we're just supposed to forget all of this.
He's also specifically talked about playing WWE Champions multiple times, including after he claimed he was going to stop playing mobile games when Kat moved in. Videos of that are also in the Champions thread.

Yesterday superchats
holy shit, he is scamming ~$100 in superchats/ day? is this the average?

that would net him $2600 / month just from superchats, on top nof the 1500$-$2000 he gets from youtube views, on top of ~$1200 from subs, on top of $400 on patreon.

thats over $6000/ month and then he expects his paypigs to drop almost $7000 in tips on top of it?

what a sneaky little parasite he is.

A good portion of that is idiots giving him $10 to say he drinks gin and plays mobile games, which will be deleted without being read.

you know its crazy when people put in effort for their vids, like literally throwing down spring onions onto a cutting board 10 and 15 times to get a good shot for editing and their video

then you got phil, who thinks what he does is work and content creation

youre a fucking joke phil, i wouldnt hire you for 2 fucking dollars an hour
And sends out a tweet. Don't forget that.
Thing is, they care about getting it right, even if you don't notice it. Phil's only in it for the thing he rubs his fingers for. Yet he'll complain, saying they're only in it for the money, as if that changes the effort that goes in.
This is for Phail's benefit since he reads the thread: if you weren't in it for the money, you wouldn't beg or flood your garbage with ads.

Phil has been complaining a lot recently that superchats are high but tips are low. Well a reminder he still makes enough tips for the Tier 1 goal so low is something else imho. Maybe his remaining fans are forcing Phil to change. You know converting his income to one big payment each month and then learn to budget. Yeah right. Would be funny though. Instead of showetring him with "immediate money2 they give him "later money2 which is also reduced thanks to Youtbe's cut. Iamgine Phil being educated by a bunch of mentally challenged kids.
