We're stopping the stream because 'SnowStar' got banned. I don't know who this person is or why they're special.
But Phil ordered the mods to purge the 'Snow' meme and is now concerned that they got trigger happy and banned someone that fit Phil's criteria but was exempt for reasons.
This has been happening a lot lately - he issues a gestapo order and his dent head mods move on it, but they overstep Phil's Secret Criteria (paypig list) and then it becomes a whole thing.
So now you can't have 'snow' or 'karl' in your name. But SnowKarl, who has both and is a troll, he gets a 24 hour timeout.

Consistency is hard for a dictator.

He keeps having to use these elaborate sentences to describe the situation because he doesn't know the word for it.
