Prison Letters Chris writes me from Prison (dated September 19th, 2021)

Heilberg seems to be an at least decent lawyer, so I'd say an insanity plea is absolutely out of the question; he surely knows how near-impossible it is to get one of those to stick, and that it wouldn't help his client even if it did.

The psych-eval is less to determine Chris's sanity (poor though it is), and more to determine his treatment by the system and possibly some leniency from a judge. The letter both helps him a bit by serving as further proof that this dude ain't all there, and hurts him by his idiotic admissions; I would say that at this point, Chris's best hope is for a plea deal resulting in a bit more jailtime, probation, and sex-offender registry.
There's one thing about any outcome short of permanent lockup that makes Chris potentially more of a problem than anybody seems to realize: Chris is going to want to go back to 14BC. I don't think there's anything anybody can tell him that will convince him that he can no longer go to the house he's lived in for almost his entire life and see the mother he raped. And if he gets out and Barb is somehow still alive, he WILL want to go see her.

Ralph is gonna milk this fucking thing for all it's worth. The sooner he can get an "interview" with Chris and convince Chris that he is "The One true Worshiper and Follower" while his horse faced pedo wifeu is busying recording all of this to post on the KillSteam the better.

Chris will do it too because Chris is a narcissist.
It’ll be nigh-on impossible for The Gunt to get a recorded interview with Chris. First off, the visit would have to be “non-contact”. That means talking on telephone handsets while looking at each other through bulletproof glass. Second thing is that to get in the jail to sit down for a visit you have to be “checked in” which means that they’re going to search you and they aren’t going to allow cell phones or any kind of recording devices in. Third, they most likely won’t allow more than one visitor at a time, Fourth, the only way to be allowed to visit is to be on the inmates visitor list. Chris would have to ask the jailers to add The Gunt’s name to that list.

Now, if someone wanted to get Chris on tape talking from jail, the way to do it would be to have him call in. Of course, a person would have to get Chris their number somehow, plus put money on Chris’ phone account in there so he’d be able to call. That’s a lot of effort for someone like Ralph who can’t even get out of a chair without sharting all over himself, but I’m sure eventually someone will do this.

From the CVRJ website
  • Visits are non-contact.
  • Visiting hours are daily Monday through Friday.
  • Times vary depending on the cell block.
  • Visits are limited to thirty (30) minutes
  • You must be on the inmate's visitor list.
BTW, IF someone were able to score that jailhouse interview, I imagine it would go something like this.

I was wondering how Chris was doing in jail after a month, and the answer is not well at all.

I know he was teetering on just pure insanity before but I think he's finally gone off the deep end. Also zero chance his lawyer knew about this since he flat out admits to fucking his Mom again here, that Heilberg guy has his work cut out for him.

At best this is a ploy by Chris to go for an insanity plea.

Either the judge or the cops will really have knock some sense in that think skull of Chris: "You've done bad; you gave your mom the prickly-wricklies and you have to go on a time out." I'm more than certain Heilberg is telling Chris this, no matter how many times.

And Chris is dense enough, among many other things, that he'll do what he wants to do no matter what other people are telling him he shouldn't do.

Free agency has always been the worst thing for Chris.

Chris isn't employable. Not without it costing the state more than just locking him up and giving him food.
Not because he is stupid, but because he is just that big an asshole.

He would take no orders from shift-manajerk nor work when he gets the urge to watch mlp.

In Africa you could make him pick cotton with a good whipping, but that ain't going to fly in Murrica.

Even if he got a 12 hour per day tardwrangler, it would cost more than the gain of employing him.

Good point. Chris being told he can't go back to Barb and his toy hoard will trigger a major-league meltdown.

If getting into a halfway house or any similar situation requires any work at all on the inmate's part, it looks like the Homeless Saga may well begin when Chris gets out of lockup, because there is no way he's going to lift a finger to help himself and no way in hell is he going to be allowed back at 14BC.

Well, Chris is fucked. He will have to learn the hard way of how consequences work. So much for Barb and Bob's 'miracle' child. Chris has caused so much trouble for them over the years that he doesn't have the awareness of learning form past mistakes. I'm going to sound like an a-log, but Chris was a burden to his parents and everyone else that crossed paths with him.

I'm still not entirely convinced that 14BC as Chris knows it will be standing once it passed out of the Chandler's possession, since the house hasn't been upkept, has possible lingering damage from the fire that wasn't addressed, and probably will be sold by the bank for little more than the value of the land.

And yeah, unless Chris is forced into assisted living, he's going to end up on the streets. Probably going to be a regular at soup kitchens and places where things are given out for free, because he's likely not even going to have the van at that point.

Bob and Barb are as much to blame as Chris is, because they genuinely didn't understand how to raise a mentally handicaped child (and indeed may not have even understood fully the ramifications given they brute-force mainstreamed him and look what's happened), but we have documented his entire life and, time and again, it's proven Chris is a self-absorbed asshole who never learns from his mistakes.

Karma has finally come knocking for Chris and this time, nobody's going to save him.

He used his blessed saliva to cleanse and clear her holiness. Like Jesus spat on sick people, Chris went and slapped his tongue around like a fuckin' ShamWow.

Read that as "blessed Salvia" for a second there. What I would give to watch Chris take acid or smoke some salvia, would probably be a extremely, hilarious ride...up until he digs into his taint again.

I have a feeling he'll quietly sneak back into until someone reports him.

Firstly, and Vitally, it should be made obvious and clear that aside from Andy Warhol, my life events at present and so far can directly be compared and matched with that which have been chronicled of none other than Jesus Christ of Nazareth himself, in any Holy Bible

In other words, "I AM A GOD".

We have entered the Yeezus Saga.

Ladies and guntlemen, a thought experiment if you will.

Let's indulge the idea that Chris is secretly God incarnate. Perhaps Kevin Smith really is a prophet and Dogma was his prophecy. Look at this face and tell me that Kevin's message to the masses wasn't that God is a blithering retard.

Any parent thinking of mainstreaming their autistic child should read the tale of CWC. That decision may come back to fuck you, literally.
