There's nothing #VeryBrave about putting one more foot in the grave just to sate your labyrinthian gullet while making excuses to do so. This woman literally made a book in order to reinforce her delusions and make money off it, while encouraging others to do the same. This is why I have no sympathy for these people. They know what their habits are doing to them but constantly deny it, despite scientific evidence.
You aren't going to be #VeryBrave by acting like a coward and not approaching your health issues head on.
