And this is exactly what happens when you are incredibly stupid, a prolific liar, and deeply unlikable to boot. Do I think she meant to do a Nazi salute? Not really. She is simply a careless, dumb, floppy idiot who has no historical knowledge so she doesn't realize the way most of us would that any gesture coming close to that should be avoided. Do I think she outright laughed at 9/11 victims? Not really, but I think she talks about tragic events in ways that are inappropriate, but also completely unnecessary. There is absolutely no reason why she should bring up 9/11 in any context. What would be the point? There is none, except that she is just a weird idiot who never has anything to say so she rambles about the first things that come into her head - not shocking that she would talk about 9/11 considering all the pandering and remembrance shit that is all over social media around that time every year.

The question is, then, does it matter that Chantal didn't mean to do a Nazi salute and didn't outright laugh at 9/11 victims? No it does not. Because every person can imagine that she would do such a thing because she sucks so bad. And you can't believe a word that comes out of her mouth. So while I think everyone saying that she didn't do a Nazi salute and didn't lol at 9/11 victims is absolutely correct, it ultimately doesn't matter because Chantal is exactly the kind of person who would do those things.

Didn't she also say that he lived off of microwave meals, but then also say that he ate out all the time? I get tired of having to keep the stories straight. Regardless, he seemed happier when he wasn't living with her. He's still held a job for far longer than she did and when he was in her recorded lives talked about taking the bus to work and that the only reason she ever took him to the comic shop was the number of bus changes that he'd have to do to get there. I don't think anyone believes that Peetz is a well adjusted human, but it's not like Chantal has ever lived alone either.
