As I said in the tranch thread, just stop and think about this being real. Her life wouldn't be this quirky little experience where she has to juggle her "headmates" and their various tics and eccentricities. If you work in mental health or mental health adjacent (like state case manager), this happens because NOBODY is allowed to call people out and shut them down. And this is REALLY what needs to happen as part of recovery at ALL stages and levels.
