Charlottesville has a fairly decent population of homeless people. A lot of them are transplants because of Region Ten, a mental health facility. They're in and out of treatment constantly and when they aren't being evaluated they're living in the couple of homeless shelters in the area. I believe a church downtown functions as a homeless shelter but they're kicked out in the morning and only allowed back in at night. If no one takes Chris in he'll probably join their community. For the most part, the homeless here are nice and just down on their luck or suffering from mental illness. But if Chris doesn't keep his head down and his mouth shut he'll wish he was back in jail.

There's this one guy, Michael. He's dubbed as The Clapper and when the weather is nice he will clap. He can keep the same mythodical deep reverberating clap going for hours. This guy is absolutely lovely to women and children. He hates the white man and any white man who dares to make eye contact with suffer the insult of being called a blue eyed red neck demon. This man is not to he trifled with or antagonized. When he's not clapping or chanting he's working out. If Chris were to ever get mouthy with him, he might get shanked. The Clapper has no qualms assaulting anyone who antagonizes him. If you leave him in peace he will leave you in peace aside from assaulting your ears with hours of clapping.

This. If there's one thing that annoys me about the influx of new members over the past two months, it's that none of them check to see if their Original Khantent has been posted before. You could tell from the six gorillion "Who needs their barbussy ate?" and "You've been together with me from the beginning, Mama!" pics that were posted in the first few days after Chris was revealed to be fucking his mom.

My dude most of us have lives.
For example I work 12 hours a day and do not genuinely have time to check the board and see everything that has been posted throughout the day.
My day consists of waking up going to work coming home showering and sleeping.

For those believing the Christian delusion will be the basis of defense: all that matters is whether he knew right from wrong at the time the crimes were committed (he hid them from people, which is plenty of proof he knew he was doing wrong); and whether he is currently sane enough to stand trial (i.e. can he understand the proceedings.)

Since he tried to cover up his every-three-day rape of his mother and knew stealing from her account was wrong because he would need to pay it back, that settles item one. He wasn't insane at the time of the crime.

And if he's still spouting christ delusions as trial nears, they will send him to a psychiatric institute and stuff him full of anti-psychotic meds and shout truth at him until he cuts it out. Then he will stand trial.

So if this was an act - which I don't think it is - it wouldn't aid his defense in any way. It would just show his emotional immaturity and his deep avoidance to admit he was wrong. Not showing remorse will count against him at sentencing.

One could make a (weak) argument that he didn't hide his actions because they were wrong but because he knew in his heart of hearts that Null, whom he loved like a brother, would betray him for 30 shekels.
