someone submitted artwork for him to use on his prestream, then waited 8 months and copyright struck all of them.

this caused him to have an autistic chimp out and tried to argue that by uploading pictures onto his forum you have signed a legal agreement and waived your rights to the material.

It's hard to think of anybody who talks more about, and seems to know less about, legality and illegality than Phil. It's just become this reflexive thing he does, attaching it to pretty much anything people say or do without every really backing it up by citing or explaining how. I guess he figures it will make things sound more maliciously intentioned, which will then maybe bring in a few pity bux.

He so regularly correlates his ongoing financial issues with things said and done to him that he proclaims are 'illegal' that you'd think he'd at least have TRIED at some point to pursue legal action. I mean, he's been talking about how 'false copyright strikes fucked my business' for like 6 or 7 years now? What person would ever remain so passive about such long-term damage done to their 'business' by people he so regularly says have acted criminally?

Don't know the identity of the person but one thing that's for sure is OMM, SilentBob and BobaJo all belong to the same person. All three only tip behind the scenes and their tips never overlap. At this point it's just a game of trying to figure out which sock is going to give Phil the totally unexpected daily tip.

This is how every stream is now.

Phil, plays the game while eying his chat/paypal every moment he has, and it starts off insanely slow usually around $15.

Then after break he gets a "behind the scenes tip" from OneMinuteMan, or SilentBob, which puts him up around $65-80.

The last hour is him hardcore begging in the hopes of getting any more non-whale tips.

Then if no whales have shown up to put him at or over $150 he goes OT.

Sure most of the time he at least gets $80 out of his audience, but this is a far cry from when he was constantly hitting the tips goals.

It's all a slowly diminishing supply for Phil, and as his addiction gets more strained he will continue to close up.

This is also why it's important not to get too worked up about it(I am guilty of this). This piece of shit is most likely going to slide through all this, but again Phil is his own worst enemy.

So just takes breaks from the toxicity to enjoy life again, and laugh at Phil.

I cope by not even considering the 1minutesilentbobbajo shit anymore. dude making like maybe $50 in tips which is more than he used to make before leaderboard autism started to become a thing. And he didn't even bitch or beg as much as this even pre-bankruptcy arc.

Except it's not unexpected anymore. Ever since his support started to trend downwards tip wise, they tip every... single... day stream. Every one. I can't remember the last time one of those socks didn't so I don't know why more of his dent heads aren't saying "Huh, isn't it weird that these long time fans never ever appear In chat but without fail at the exact same time every morning stream tip Phil."

People keep saying it's an old account that's been tipping for longer than OIC, but remember OIC is using old DSP fan accounts, so it's hard to tell. Usually OIC's socks say something autistic after tipping so it's still unusual if it is him.

I'm late to the party but this twitch rant was a true classic. It had everything, not only did Phil go through his whole backstory, not only did he keep misrepresenting begging for more donations as "interacting with the audience" and claim people wanted him to stream more instead of make on demand videos, but he brought back his expert legal analysis about twitch being required to give him a reason for the termination of his contract (they are not). Phil keeps getting all high and mighty acting like he put so much blood sweat and tears into his career and he didn't deserve to get removed from the twitch partner program.

Phil, you are a COG, you know why you were able to get subs? Because Twitch got half of that money for every sub or cheer you got. For all your larping as an independent content creator you exist at the mercy of your twitch overlords who are even more scummy than you claim when you're trying to get pitty.

I've always thought that these 'behind the scenes' tips that coincidentally come in when the stream is slow are all fake, they are just Phil seeding begging pot with some money. It's a psychology thing, when people see others donating they are more likely to join in. It's no coincidence that they typically leave just a little bit to go before the next tips goal.

Iirc OneMinuteMan tipped during the period when OIC claimed he wasn't going to tip Phil anymore, so that's most likely correct.

The level of retardation and lack of knowledge is truly a sight to see.

It never fails to amaze me just how little he knows about the thing he allegedly has build his business around, it also say a fair bit about his wheelchairs that they just accept such a retarded take.
