There aren't any studies done looking into this at all, but a couple things: the fact that the efficacy of the vaccine reduces over time lends me to think that your body stops producing the spike protein over time. The other thing that makes me lean in that direction is the spacing of the shots is two weeks.
Idk where you heard it only makes your body produce the spike protein for only a few seconds. You were lied to obviously, but if it only lasted a couple seconds how in the world would your immune system be able to fight it?
