Call me late if already discussed: I only just realised why she has to lift her gunt onto the sink. I initially thought it was more exhibitionist Chantal. I've just clicked it's because the combination of her girth and short arms means she can't reach the taps. Yes it happened a while back, it’s a non-emergency so could have taken a while for them to call out to process it.

She has been visited about her driving before, so wouldn’t be out of the question.
If it’s anything like here, all accidents must be reported, even if the other side isn’t going to go after your insurance.
