I've gotten a few requests for this and discussed it with several people, and so thought I would put in some legwork to compile what is currently known about Fiona. Now I should preface this thread by highlighting that while other people may highlight more PII, the intent in the OP is less to do that, and more to place previously identified information on Fiona in a more comprehensive thread (and yes, I hope this suffices the "this forum will never be complete without a Fiona thread). What I will point out at the start is that Fiona is an autistic girl, possibly a minor lolcow unto herself, many people argue that should not be contacted (if you choose to follow that or not, is on you), and is currently off the internet as far as anyone is aware.
From Grant (Fiona's gay best friend) it is believed that Fiona's involvement with CwC was limited to just a month.
To begin Fiona's involvement in the story, it is strongly alleged that she is the individual who leaked the infamous Incest recording. Now, I say strongly alleged because while this does seem beyond doubt, there are of course numerous gayops going on behind the scenes, some people claiming that the person who released the tape may not of been Fiona, but someone else in the discord, etc. Regardless, both Bella, Sean, and Fiona have highlighted at one point or the other that it was Fiona who leaked the Incest tape initially to social media sites, so its safe to say that it was Fiona who leaked the call. For further exploration of this, we also have these discord logs that make this the most concrete reality.
Fiona would return the next day with this.
Regardless of the motivations for releasing the Incest tape, had she not, it is very likely that Barb would continue to be raped until Bella finally decided to leak the tape, we would not have had the Bellagate scandal, the incest tape may have been released in an even more edited version where identifying Bella's voice was more difficult, and the entire "troll cult" may have been more likely to have gone unknown.
Call it zoomer sensibilities to want/cause drama, call it a moment of stronger moral duty, call it just being scared about the implications, or whatever you want- motivation here isn't the most important thing. Saying that, we do have access to some of Fiona's initial thoughts with regards to the incest from this reddit post. If people are going to prescribe motivation (which seems to be a constant thing), this may provide some context on Fiona, at least initially, sympathizing with CwC and can explain the rapid switch when she found out that CwC was the groomer.

The drama of this saga would result in Fiona going internet black and then checking into a mental hospital temporarily for her own safety. A significant part of this was Christuber GiBi publicly doxxing Fiona (after being told not to by the Kiwifarmers). In his dox, he would release PII/Contact information on Fiona, when being given it by Sean Walker at the behest of Bella. More information on this can be found here.

We have, from her gay best friend Grant, that Fiona is an 18 year old woman. Saying that, in a later AMA, she would state that she is 19. Somewhat relevant, due to Bella planning on filming her and CwC having sex and the sheer age difference between them.

There has been some debate on whether or not Fiona should get special treatment. Obviously, this has caused some amount of discord online, with some people holding cries that Fiona is unfairly being white knighted or not investigated enough. I will preface this section by highlighting a few things. There have been investigations into Fiona from the start, this thread is largely just a compilation of those things, to make it more convenient for people too lazied to search through the threads or sleuth the internet themselves.
On sympathy for Fiona, I will say that of all the actors here, she seems to be one of the least malicious ones and more like your typical attention seeking zoomer, all the good and bad entailed there. For all intents and purposes, part of the push against attacking Fiona did come from the issue that Bella, Sean, and others very much wanted her to be investigated, blamed for, and take all the heat for what would be found in Bellagate. I believe that it's fair to say that this forum took the opposite reaction.
Now, there have been attempts to wipe her information from the internet and keep her entirely anonymous or to turn her into a Wallflower like character (who I should add, does have a thread on this very forum).
The difficulties there lie in the fact that she was very heavily name dropped at the start of this saga, doxxed multiple times, and for such a large CwC related event, its basically impossible to scrub someone's name from the net. For example, we have Bella very strongly attempting to throw Fiona under the bus on Kiwifarms, and in other internet spaces.
While not successful, a lot of early attention was tossed onto Fiona across the web, and not just on Kiwifarms. We also do have the issue that her name is featured across youtube at this point, and a certain short bus oriented youtuber actually managed to dox Fiona, in multiple videos (because of course, "I'm awful at editing" was his excuse), making attempts to wipe her from the web something that wasn't going to happen as far as I can see.
For GiBi, while the waters were somewhat muddied earlier on at Bella's behest, see posts like this from August 1, people saying to hold off on doxxing Fiona, to read the 30 pages of the thread at the time (which GiBi was apparently too lazy to do), or just read your own currently active thread to replay your own stupidity. A big issue with GiBi is that he would doxx Fiona's contact information/PII, something that should not have been done during a very, very active period of the investigation where a plethora of misinformation was being spread.
I guess we did do ALOT better to find out who you were Bella.
Something to further highlight difficulties in people's attempts to keep Fiona anonymous (I can see why someone might want to, but would argue its futility from the start), we also have ILJ & Crew and Sean Walker planning on throwing her under the bus, from their discord leaks.
In the initial investigation, Fiona was being heavily name dropped by Bella and Sean Walker as Kelly Osborn, and then once that failed as the "main instigator "of this current saga. It was from this that the Kiwifarms would briefly find information on her, and her gay best friend, Grant. Upon posting information on Grant in the original thread, he would create an account on Kiwifarms, confirm himself via a facebook post, and post here answering questions in a very cordial manner. This had a great effect in clearing the waters relating to Fiona somewhat.

On August 16th, nearly two weeks after the Incest tape leak, Fiona resurfaced on the reddit.
Like most zoomers, Fiona seems to have her own attention seeking behaviors, though unlike Bella did seem to exercise caution and once warned about the dangers of creating a reddit AMA, decided to leave the web once more.
Initially, she started posting previously unknown information on Bella and Chris, and was speaking in third person and with some attempt at misdirection aimed at Bella.

While investigating the CwCki discord, more information was found on Fiona and her previous discord account in there, Snoo. What this discord's posts seem to imply is that Fiona may have a fetish for Lolcows, that this is further highlights where her interest in Chris Chan comes from, and that this fetish may not come from the best place. I'm going to link the original thread exploring this here, in addition to some screencaps with context.
Skunt_TV on Snoo and identifying her as a former member of the server. While digging through here myself, she was somewhat active in the server for periods. Saying that, she had not been in the server actively (as far as I can tell), for months prior to the Incest scandal.
Now, when we get into here, I do want to highlight that Fiona did delete her discord, and so while searching through these posts it is important to note that every deleted user has the same id. It is possible that a different deleted user may be lumped in here as well. Saying that, I have been careful to select posts where Snoo is being directly talked to, identified, and there is reason to believe that the deleted user making a post is Snoo within the given context. What I would invite people to do is to check these discord leaks themselves for further context if the source is in question. The easiest way to find this would be through either searching for Snoo, or the date in question.

Certainly, of all the people in this saga, she is one of the few with the potential to live a decent life. Of course, elements of "do not pozload my neghole" will always be present with her case, and her original reddit AMA also threw a wrench in people in the know how's attempts to gatekeep/protect knowledge on her.
The reasons why people have sympathy for Fiona do vary, and as of now she is offline. Some highlights, or common points that people seem to make are:
-That she was only a recent addition to Bella's gayop (for approximately a month prior to the Incesttape & Bellagate) and was potentially being used by Bella for a sex tape.
-That Bella & Sean Walker wanted to throw her under the bus, and so to spite them and counter the muddying of the waters, she had been protected somewhat.
-That regardless of her initial involvement and views, once she found out that it was Chris raping barb, she first wanted to ensure that the call was sent to the police (something Bella lied to her about), and then released the audio herself, doing the right thing. Note, that noone else in this saga did this, and even a mod within kiwifarms and with some vague awareness of potential gayops was pretty silent on this matter.
-That when Bella was talking about "breaking the internet" she did exercise caution, was "scared", and had the sense not to engage with the farms, try and lie about her involvement or engage in misdirection, and went somewhat media black at the start of this.

If you do read this Fiona, a proper AMA wouldn't hurt and most people would recommend contacting a moderator for that. You are still very much either favored or viewed pretty neutrally here and on the web. Saying that, avoiding weenish tendencies and sticking offline is also good as well.
