Not so. In my experience, it's usually in a place that one might call "Schrödinger's Ghetto". You know the kind of place I mean, bars on the windows, but you're not getting stabbed. Full of the sort of ethnics that libs claim can't make it to the DMV. The DMV is always in their neighborhood.
Yeah and if you're an ethnic in the ghetto on the far side of town, these are places buses don't go. The one DMV I've had to use in an area like this was over 10 blocks from the closest bus stop. The others have been in places like five miles out of town on a state road, right off a highway exit ramp, out of town next to a state prison, and the only one in a semi-decent location was in the back of a strip mall, which was at least walkable.
