DSP ranting how Diablo 2 ressurected is an old boring stream game. Says the man that plays kid's games, asian detective borefests, has an almost 3 hours pre-stream daily and refuses to engage with his fans.

The remake has some rough edges but is very fun regardless, even more with a couple nice friends. Oh wait he can't put any effort learning game mechanics and has no friends.

His eagle eye to spot the ONE thing in chat he's looking for and wants to hear is a finely tuned thing. Always amused me when, after one of his many setbacks where he did nothing wrong / trolls broke the law, he'd want chat to brainstorm and give him opinions. There was one where everyone was saying stuff like get a part-time job and suggesting specific possibilities. One person amongst all that would say, 'just stick with what you're doing, you'll never make as much doing something else', and he'd ignore every message around that and say, 'Ok, so what I'm seeing is you guys say I should stick with this....'. Always entertaining.

He only wants to play games he personally finds enjoyable... even though streaming for him is supposedly a "full-time jahb" and you don't get to do what you want in an actual job.

If I was Phil that's exactly what I would do. Play the games I actually enjoy and drop this "play the hot new releases" shit.

Sure maybe he wouldn't get as many "hype" views but in the long term he would probably be less toxic and create small community.

Granted I know Phil issues boil down to his addictions, and narcissism.

I mean he just recently said he is "adaptable" but Phil always plays the hot new releases and floods his channel with low effort stream cuts.

Is it better to upload a bunch of videos of a grumpy uninterested manchild playing a game he hates for money, or a dumbass who still has a bit of fun?

edit: let the record know that diablo is an ARPG decedent from nethack and rogue and the name is from a fucking mountain or volcano, i don't remember. The original game was supposed to be turn based. anyhow, from my experience on D2 which spans for over a decade, he hasn't played d2 ever.

Chat's starting to revolt over Phil's spinelessness in regarding OIC doxing mods. Kinggoken called him out and Phil refuses to acknowledge it so chat's spamming 1 in support of KG. Shit like this is why all his problems snowball out of control. Instead of addressing it promptly taking action, he shuts his eyes and straddles that fencepost until chat erupts.

Did this denthead only just find out? We've all known how sketchy everything around voldemort. Why no one spoke out out? Anyone who did would've just been banned for hinting at there being a problem, and you would've been one of the culprits at Phil's beck and call like a little slave. I hate when mods or former mods of his try to moralize their attempts to get away when for their entire time doing Phil's bidding without even a first thought.
