Oh, it would have an effect. The authorities, whether left or right, would have even more excuses for implementing draconic surveillance and liberty-restricting rules.
Apart from the fact that Kev is a largely immobile carbon footprint himself, I doubt he has even considered what an oil-less world would mean for their acclaimed "self sustaining" ranch. There's no way their single roof of solar panels covers even a fraction of their needs. In practice they still have one or two generators running which are decidedly less clean than centralised electricity from large power plants, even those running on oil.
It would all sound a little bit more convincing if the TUR had, at some time, crowdfunded money for a windmill (should be pretty functional in that treeless plane). But no, firearms, cameras and fences it went to.
Except MTF trannies. MTF trannies have no cycle.

This is often the case for a lot of passing troons. They start off looking naturally feminine to a certain extent, successfully manage to resist the temptation to chug horse piss and titty skittles, and with enough work manage a look that makes them... less likely to join the 41%. Others fall for the delusion and think they need the horse piss to look even hotter, and then they get Kevin'd.
