I don't watch ROTC, so I just noticed that mersh had accused jim of lying about cancer. Might be more to it than that though.

It's telling that this moment in life is him being successful. For most people they would be open and say they aren't doing great.

No wife, First time living alone in 8 years a job that could disappear at anytime. But instead he gets drunk and tells the world how they should live their life.

Honestly if you are correct he's taking about $4000-6000 home before taxes, and is in a pretty good position for living in a shitty Tampa area apartment, even given the fact that he's a boozehound with a shitty car - he can't hit the bars as much as he would because it's harder for him to go out to the bars on weekdays given he's doing the Nightwave thing. He did say 20K and that's hard to imagine is even close to being true, but unless he's just throwing his "investment" money into the wind he's probably better than I would have imagined. If he's making more than $2500, which he almost certainly is (they've got 1457 Patreon subscribers at a $2 min / $8 max) - he's in the space where he's easily investing or saving $2k per month and still living a debauched Section 8 lifestyle.

So he's undoubtedly lying exponentially about his income flow but he's probably also richer than most of us would think.
