her face is also super freaking bloated. Reminds me of prednisone face. Prolly from booze. The teeth are another thing. She isn’t brushing and idk, maybe purging on top of it and yanno, probably drinking all day. She looks horrid.

Isn't there some sort of medication or something that's commonly used in Japan that discolors teeth? I forget what it could be, but I could have sworn I heard something like that.

Jesus Christ, Venus, I assure you that even the most rudimentary self-care such as showering and brushing your teeth will not take too much time from your busy schedule of guzzling alcohol while staring at a screen.

I really hate to say this and I really hope I can be proven wrong, but I've been thinking that Venus appeared almost . . . healthier while ensnared in Margo's claws and self-care was mandatory (though strictly for appearances). She truly seemed to implode when she got out on her own. It's so sad really, we were all cheering her on..

I agree, but I think that's more of a coincidence than anything else. She started tanking after that butcher got his hands on her, so combine that with her current life choices, and this is the result.

That's what led her here. Nobody questioned her side of the story with Margot ("I'm not anorexic and an alcoholic ! “) and all supported her stupid life choices.
All along her brainless fans were like "She is an adult, she's free she can do whatever she wants! “ and never thought that MAYBE she was too out of control. They even encouraged her when she started drinking (publicly), smocking and doing SW despite being bipolar. Her fanbase goes from undeserved sympathy to toxic positivity

I can't even be a cunt about any of this. It's fucking tragic. Yeah, it was her decision to get the surgery, but that fuck is causing her a slow death.

Sure, even if she hadn't had the surgery, she'd be in a bad way. But she'd have a chance.

Okay, she looks like she sleeps 4h/day max. like a warzone soldier and hands are shaking so much I so wanna force-feed her propranolol, but the screencap above was IMO purposefully taken at the worst moment and maybe shopped a bit 'cause her upper incisors are grayed (why, WTF) but don't look as bad in video.

Now I feel guilty about leaving this girl a view which consisted of me oogling her teeth for 15 minutes.
 
Christ. I have nothing bitchy to say about her. She is so fucking sick. Is she still with Manaki? Because I would have thought he would intervene somehow by this point. Of course, he's tried to intervene in the past and was called an abuser for trying to get her to eat more when she was in recovery, but I hope he's tried something if he's seeing this day in and day out.

Fuck, this is actually one of the saddest updates I have seen.
That surgery and the aftermath will be the cause of her death. An entire childhood of abuse, a severe eating disorder, the botched surgery, and unhealthy coping mechanisms has Venus on borrowed time.

That is the puffed up face of a a bulimia patient and the teeth appear to be a result of both purging and malnutrition from the surgery. From a medical standpoint she is fucked beyond belief. If she were to be hospitalized today she would be given a strict refeeding diet through an intravenous method and even then it would be a long battle. Her bones have to be brittle at this point as well since it looks like the chronic malnutrition had destroyed her teeth and her hair obviously isn't her own.

We all wanted to see her have a happy ending but this is a slow suicide going that is now sped up.

Anyone remember that show "Intervention"? I'm getting those vibes when I see Venus from 2018 compared to Venus in her current state. Venus had so much potential when Manaki helped her flee to Japan, and for a couple years there I really thought she was going to make it. I even hoped she would retire from the Internet and work on growing up without Margo's tyranny. Then came the surgery that destroyed her digestive system and any PTSD that from that being added to her already fragile psyche.

Fast forward to now, and I really only check this thread to make sure she's still alive and not getting herself trafficked again into an even worse situation. I really don't know if she can sort herself out on her own, and even moreso I don't think she can function without someone telling her what to do based on how Margo raised her. Unless Venus manages to drift into some sort of inpatient treatment, I sense only darkness for the remainder of her life.

Poor girl, I remember watching her videos back in the day and forgetting all about her over time thinking she got her shit together... Japan is a hell of a drug :cryblood:
