The court said a lot of things about his filings... it called his brief "futile," "full of irrelevant facts," and "wholly improper." The ONLY time the court said it was in bad faith, however, was in "accusations lodged against the Defendants' attorney, Mr. Skordas."

Russ, being Russ, isn't taking that as a warning, but as encouragement. If he can only explain...!
