Most of the pages are exhibits. They are mostly screenshots of Kiwifarms, and his text messages. I think I saw a picture of his book too. All the 121 pages kinda blur in my mind

Theoretically, sure. But like I mentioned before, such motions getting granted are rare, though. And, again, it is usually only granted if some new material information became available that changes everything, or an appellate/Supreme Court issues a new ruling that would have changed how the court should have handled this case. See, for example, United States v. Herbert G. Miller II, 869 F.2d 1418 (10th Cir. 1989), United States v. Montgomery, 324 F. Supp. 2d 1266 (D. Utah 2004)

I started reading it. It seemed like exactly what he's filed before, and on page 27, he refers to his criminal case as being "on-going". So parts of this is exactly what he's filed before. He's just heard my request to have all his filings in one place, and put them together into one jumbo filing.

I mean, he's not addressing any of the issues that the judge brought up the first time, so what even is the point of this? Like, is he just saying to the court, "I understand you dismissed my case, but you were wrong. Here it is again. Get it right this time"?

We're over 3.1k pages, I think people can be forgiven for not having read the entire fucking thread. There are 20 posts a page, and MASSIVE sections of this thread are fucking useless to understanding Greer, there are images throughout it that don't load correctly anymore, I've ran into several deadlinks without archives, heck, I've ran into overwritten archives that no longer include the original thing they archived. Can I just say that I love the fact that he concludes that since someone in Australia left his book a bad review, it must be part of a Kiwi Farms operation to sink his book -- because Kiwi Farms users are international? He used the same reasoning with Hookergate, saying that since @my lovely trauma lumps was in England, and some Kiwi Farms users were from England, MLTL MUST be a Kiwi Farms user.

I think the average four year old has better reasoning skills, I really do.

Anyway, I read through it all. Without doing a side-by-side comparison, it looks like exactly the same arguments, just maybe a bit more long-winded. From what I can tell, there's no new information, no new arguments, just him beating dead horses that he thinks the court was too stupid to see the first time around. In other words, he's just explaining.

Maybe I missed something, but as I said, he refers to his criminal case as being "on-going," so this was substantially a cut-and-paste job.

The random fucking screenshots are always a treat, though.

Edit: I just realized something kind of hilarious.

He talks about his criminal case being undecided but also talks about how his sentence requiring a psych eval was changed. Both of these facts are used to show that Kiwi Farms was putting him in a false light or whatever.

I guess time is a flat circle after all. That, or this was written in the narrow window of time when after he had plead guilty but before his lawyer told him he couldn't appeal (thus making it "on-going").
