God “Please dont review this album” is such a shit excuse. Pardon my sperging but this has happened before. Phil Elverum’s 2017 A Crow Looked At Me was based on the very recent death of his wife, and in the release of that album, a lot of music critics were saying they couldnt rate something so raw. But he never said himself not to review it! Ethan on the other hand is using the death of a friend to put a bandage on all the critics tired of his shitty sine wave soundscapes, sleep inducing amen breaks, and superficial samples. If ever I doubted my ideas of the friends existence or believed he was having a "nice-guy" spasm, the description alone tells me this friend of his was probably only a friend who was an artist who he had a crush on, only for her to reject him. If she even existed. Not once has anyone seen this friend, heard of this friend, there is no eulogy. I've been looking for young peoples deaths by suicide within reports in aussie land in Adelaide, none of them would have known him. And if she doesn't have any form of eulogy, shits outta luck. I don't think the chick existed, if she did, it was a fellow troon and Ethan had a crush on him.

God fucking damn it, he reminds me so much of a guy i used to be friends with, he was also a troon and was into halo and what not and everything that has been listed in this thread perfectly checks in with his personality.
