Russ trying to file a hundred-page-plus amended complaint after his case has been dismissed with prejudice is just peak stupid. I couldn't even get past the "timely" part without losing it. I don't know what to make of him.

It's truly a case of "fools rush in where angels fear to tread." If Russ had the slightest idea of how fucking stupid this was, I'd say he's got balls the size of watermelons to try it, but I can't afford him that much credit: he's just really that fucking stupid.

I hope the court tears him a new asshole.

This is the first legal document of Russell's that simply too long and too redundant for me to actually read thoroughly. It is for all intents and purposes just a resubmitted version of his original filing which is completely pointless. I find this to be uncharacteristically crazy even for him, and my opinion is that he's taken a toll for the worse mentally since the last few rejections/failures of the past year.

I thank you for your amazing accuracy when it comes to the exploits of Russell Greer and hope you never stop correcting misinformation.

I was referring to more criminal charges. He learned nothing from the Erika incident, so I have little doubt he'll harass some poor local Vegas women, get told to fuck off, and then he contacts her again "to work things out."

It's not a stretch to speculate he's also legally forbidden from other brothels too. I'm surprised he hasn't gotten arrested for violating a restraining order considering he doesn't think that harassment laws apply to him because he's disabled. When Hof banned him from his brothels, Russ said he was going to show up anyway because it was illegal for Hof to ban him due to some tortured Russ logic.

Legal Kiwis, if he fucks around with his motion to reopen the case, and runs out the clock on appealing, will he be allowed to appeal anyway since he was asking the court to reconsider, or will they tell him he's SOL?

I was just considering this idea as I read through some of this thread. That would be great. Maybe Swift used her rich ass time machine to go back in the past and drive Chris Chan crazy so Null would start this site and then lock onto Russell Greer.
