A dog touches the electric fence, gets zapped, and after a few tries it eventually clicks in its little dog brain "fence hurts, don't touch fence." Russell, on the other hand, will just keep ramming his gourd head against that fence, the entire time thinking to himself "I'll get through it! If I hit it just right it won't zap me again!"

Russell will not learn from his mistakes. It's not even a matter of not wanting to. He is literally incapable of it. Pattern recognition, empathy, theory of mind, these are all things that Russ is completely and totally lacking. As extreme as it might be to say this, Russell is, quite literally, sub-human.

narcissism plus high IQ is a nasty and dangerous combination, those people can be very good at hiding their real self, and when they go undetected they can cause extreme damage and thoroughly fuck shit up for people who trust them.

Unfortunately pro se parties are exempt from the Redline requirements in Local Rule 15. There's really no reason for them to be exempt because it should be easy for a pro se party to create a redline in word, and if they filed without reading the Local Rules, the clerk could just remind them of the requirement. And clusterfuck complaints like Russ' need the redlined copy, otherwise it's impossible to tell what changes he made.

Russ trying to file a hundred-page-plus amended complaint after his case has been dismissed with prejudice is just peak stupid. I couldn't even get past the "timely" part without losing it. I don't know what to make of him.

It's truly a case of "fools rush in where angels fear to tread." If Russ had the slightest idea of how fucking stupid this was, I'd say he's got balls the size of watermelons to try it, but I can't afford him that much credit: he's just really that fucking stupid.

I hope the court tears him a new asshole.
