There is something so absurd and side splittingly hilarious about someone referencing internet trolls in an actual court filing.

Right now the time period to appeal is tolled until the Court denies the motion.

Even after the judge pointed out he couldn't sue a website, he listed the website as Defendant again. Way to go, Russ. Faceplant right out of the gate.
Question for the law experts: because Russell specifically went against the order dismissing all counts with prejudice and refiled the same suit, could the judge hold him in contempt?

For once, I agree with Russ. Normal, productive people do not post here. However, normal, productive people also don't waste time writing songs for pop stars that they for legal reasons can't listen to. Normal people don't sue said pop stars when their agents do their jobs and reject the song. Normal people don't get charged with harassment either.
I think the biggest difference between farmers and cows is self-awareness. Rusty thinks he's perfectly normal. He doesn't understand why women aren't knocking his door down because he's a Nice Guy.
You and I, on the other hand, understand we're not normal. We've learned to LARP as normal in order to function in society. But I'm drawn to abnormal because it's infinitely more entertaining and fascinating.

That's not what he did. He filed an equivalent to a motion to reconsider in the same case, and filed an proposed amended complaint that the judge would grant when she reverses the judgement. Or so he hopes anyway

I don't mean to be tiresome, but while browsing Russell's idiotic court document, I see he mentions in Footnote 2 that "Orem City vs. Russell Greer is still ongoing." I though it had come to a conclusion.
Is this pending the outcome of his psych evaluation or what? He's making all kinds of statements about this girl "twisting the truth," "exploding for no reason," etc. I wonder if he could get in trouble for that if the case is still open.
