Even if you assume the liquid isn't particularly pungent when 'wet' he still does not have a normal vagina so it's going to be weeping fluid constantly which means he's going to have to be wearing either liners or an adult diaper to keep that at bay. Couple that with it still being a cavity without the proper microflora to self-clean and there's a fairly good chance you'll also have sweat and dead skin happening as well, of infections.
