The only thing I could think of was that short trend from a while back where girls posted their "glow ups," picture A is a nerdy ugly middle schooler then picture B is a hot 20 year old. But the point of those posts was to show pride in how far you've come, going from a bullied kid with no self confidence to the person they probably wished they looked like as a teen. #1 is shit-that-didn’t-happen. All doctors will assume women of child baring age could potentially be pregnant. That’s what they are supposed to do, they will never be shocked if a woman is potentially pregnant.
