Pretty much everyone who says they have "fibromyalgia" is lying, or at least runs in circles with a lot of Munchies.
Fibromyalgia and "back pain" used to be the #1 excuse drug addicts would use to score oxy from their doctor before the FDA/AMA cracked down on pill mills. These are invisible conditions that are impossible to verify; more often used in the context of "patient has a BMI of 35, eats nothing but fast food, sits in a chair in front of a computer for 14 hours a day, and complains of """mysterious""" pain" than as an actual diagnosis for a real autoimmune disorder.
I would posit that the drug-seeking behaviour has continued, only now the addicts are low self-esteem children with access to Wikipedia, and their drug of choice is the attention they get from Munchie Twitter.
Agoraphobia is an absolutely crippling, irrational anxiety experienced by a person when exposed to large open spaces that substantially interferes in a person's life.. Actual agoraphobics do not do parkour, because actual agoraphobics. Put another point in the Munchie column.
People believe what they are predisposed to. This is the first generation of teenagers that were born after Web 2.0--they've never lived in a world without instant, on-demand access to social media. The malformed psyches of these young, extremely-online, socially maladapted girls desperately wants to believe that a 6'5" Cillian-Murphy-looking dude is just an UwU SadBoi who can't into real life because of his crippling anxieties and low self esteem, just like they are. This is why they're still fighting the truth about this guy: because it shatters their view of themselves and the women they are destined to become if they continue on their current path as much as it shatters their view of him.

Now I do agree with you that Corpse is most likely lying about fibro, as a lot of people do these days (but a lot of why he is probably lying is that the average amount of male sufferers of fibro account for 5% or less of the fibro-ridden populus). I also doubt Corpse because the vast vast majority of people with fibro are middle aged women, who get it seemingly out of nowhere. The only link doctors have to younger people with fibro is that 99.99% of kids or young adults diagnosed with it have a common history of intense abuse from their parents.
Otherwise its notoriously rare, hard to get a diagnosis, and even then a lot of doctors still refuse to acknowledge it. Unlike what you seem to think, fibromyalgia diagnoses aren't given out like candy. It's an exclusionary diagnosis, which means that you need to be checked for literally every other disease under the fucking sun (it took me two years of seeing doctors anywhere from 2 to 5 times a month, ranging from family doctors to specialists to ER). Not to mention, most people with fibro are overweight for 2 reasons - an underactive thyroid (easy enough to treat, just a pill) and exercise aversion (basically its extremely painful to exercise, it's possible to fix it but you need physiotherapy for it).
However, getting pills for fibro is really fucking hard. The vast majority of doctors won't touch any fibro medication until you lose weight because exercise and less pressure on your body from less weight can help immensely, so no you won't just be diagnosed in one visit and given pills immediately. Don't be a tard.

My point is that fibromyalgia has no laboratory markers, no pathological feature that can be observed, and no bio markers. It is literally the "fuck if I know?" part of a differential diagnosis for pain. It is, therefore, incredibly easy to fake--because nobody can tell you you don't have it.
Which means it's likely psychosocial, if it exists at all. Younger people also don't experience aches and pains like older people, which is why 90% of those middle-aged women who claim to have it are just fat retards who want pills instead of eating less and moving more...and I say this as a fat retard who should eat less and move more.
Or random pain is secondary to being overweight. Are you overweight? Do you exercise?
Yeah, again, because there's no definitive proof it exists. Just because someone gave it a Greek name, doesn't make it real. There are a lot of doctors who say men can be women because they "feel like one" too, but that doesn't make it so.
It is now. Like I said, it used to be a favorite "condition" of drug addicts because it's impossible to disprove. At one point, Florida was prescribing more Oxy than the rest of the country combined; it was about as hard to get a diagnosis for fibromyalgia as it was to get an anxiety diagnosis in a medical marijuana state (come to think of it, FM is a favorite diagnosis of potheads too).

The fact that long covid sufferers, and migraine sufferers, and fibromyalgia sufferers, and chronic lyme disease sufferers all tend to be affluent women is not because those are the people who "really" have those diseases, it is because those are the people who lie in bed due to ennui or post partum depression, feel sorta achy and have a headache as a result, and search for a diagnosis. I'm not going to speculate on the source of your fibro, and I definitely think Corpse is lying about his, but the fact that most sufferers are middle age women is because most sufferers are psychosomatic and this particular brand of delusion lends itself to people who have little to do and time and money to lie around, become depressed, slip into a state of ennui exasperated often by alcohol and drug use (particularly opiates they take for the "pain".)
That isn't to say there aren't people who suffer genuine physical chronic pain, but unfortunately their diagnosis has become all that much harder due to all of the psychosomatic sufferers.
Corpse is neither. Corpse is almost certainly a guy with a normal, unremarkably deep voice who lowered the pitch a bit and talked in a croaky vocal fry voice to read creepy anecdotes he found online. Then he branched out and decided to keep doing the voice in social situations, and found the need for a story about it. He came up with the gastric thing because it covered his bases for when people realized he didn't always sound like that. He likely told the many relatives who know him IRL and followed him online that it a tactic to stay anonymous. Then he realized how helpful all the sympathy he got from his "illness" was in building his fangirl base, so he started cynically adding on other vague illnesses. Doubly helpful that those other illnesses are the type that fangirls will defend because people like Lady Gaga and I'm sure other female icons have diagnosed themselves with.
So tldr; corpse is definitely lying but the ties bonding all of the women who have the same thing are that they depressed and have the means to wallow in it, not that they are the people who "really" get fibro.
