Great thread, thanks for making this. Went through and subscribed to a bunch of channels that were mentioned in the thread.
I actually only discovered nexpo a few weeks ago. Burned through all of the videos, some were good, others were trash, and some of the talking style got very annoying.
was not aware of most of the horror ARG stuff that went on around YouTube, and the last time I visited /x/ for spooks felt like a decade ago. Fun to discover the good stuff people have made over the years after what feels like years and years of horror hiatus.
It’s a bit harder to suspend disbelief and get truly spooked as a boring rational adult, but occasionally there are things that manage to do it.

I’ve heard Plagued Moth has been discussed here before- he genuinely infuriates me so much, glad I finally found a thread to talk about him. Had to make a new acc just to use the farms again (Completely lost my info for it when my laptop kicked the bucket).
This absolute tard made merch based on the Funkytown gore video, which if you aren’t aware is a video of a man who gets brutally murdered and raped, the rape part I’m not 100% on since I haven’t sat down and watched it myself, and I don’t plan to either lol.
Look at this horrendous graphic design. And just when I thought Moth hit his bullshit peak when he was lying about seeing children getting brutally murdered for clout.

I normally don't moralfag, but have some class Moth. While it is fascinating that moth has that poor in taste, but then again he literally has nothing going for him besides the fact he watches gore, and even then there are more palatable people that are approaching his sub count. I prefer Disturbed Reality over Moth now-a-days.

I can't wait for the day he gets his own thread or gets outed as a groomer, it's just a matter of time.

I think it's one of his worst videos so far. His are usually informative and/or a opinion/theory of his (see the Satoshi videos). This one, it sounds like he's gonna make a point, and tie it together with the odd clickbait-y title.

Yet what happens is, he talks about two disappearences of people who went on to live under the "Ghosting" lifestyle, and then goes "by the way, there's a book from 100 years ago that teaches how to do that, allegedly 6 million people disappeared thanks to it" and that's all lol.

It would be more honest if he just titled it surronding the ghosting/identity theft subject, not the book that's tackled for one minute in the video, almost like a trivia. But it wouldn't be Youtube, I guess.

Oh yeah, definitely. Disturbed Reality is a pretty good channel. At least he doesn’t have the voice of a nasally shrew like Moth does.
Also I wouldn’t be surprised if he turns out as one. I used to be in his discord server when I was of a fan of him for a little bit (and before his discord server was patron-only, this was all the way back when he uploaded that NSFL media iceberg thing). He pushed OnlyFans workers hardcore. The NSFW channels in the discord server required verification iirc (idk I didn’t try to verify bc I don’t care for NSFW lol) but the weird onslaught of OnlyFans girls had a role above active users, so any minor in the server could easily click on their Discord profiles and find links to their YouTube or other social medias and in turn find links to their actual pornography and sex work. I also remember him announcing to support one of those said sex workers.
I also heard a rumor that he posted his asshole in the nsfw chat of his discord server. Can’t verify it bc I never saw it, but I remember someone saying they saw it in a different Youtuber’s server.
He’s a strange fellow, then again of course he is. He’s a personified mucinex germ with low quality dreads and who had someone buy him a cheap, paper thin “uwu kawaii pink femboy Catboy uwu” maid dress from Amazon.

Ok sorry to double post I know it’s an unwritten rule not to, but I just saw this tweet and since we were talking about how he acts like he is moral and above everyone yet is SUPER hypocritical, here’s him being a total dumbass and complaining about how a video of a stingray being tortured is against TikTok’s TOS (Seriously? A Grown man with a kid and you’re pissing and shitting your pants over Tiktok?)

For those who haven’t seen the video, it’s a man bringing a stingray above water and “tickling” it by touching and tapping at its stomach. Through the whole video you can see the stingray trying to defend itself, curling up and doing its very best to try and use it’s barb to get away from the man. It’s a video of animal torture that sadly went viral (alike that video of a pufferfish being fed a carrot, which harms them and suffocates them) because people don’t understand how marine life works. It’s real hypocritical of Moth to say how he’s against harming animals and yet is pissy over a video of animal torture being understandably deleted on Tiktok. It’s one of those situations where he really must be that dumb to not understand that there is other ways of torturing a creature aside from brutal slaughter. But all those OnlyFans girls he constantly promotes and worships pornography has probably rotted his brain away. Would explain why he has the common sense of a stale Dorito.

Okay good so I'm not the only one who felt like that new BS video went from 100 to 0 real fucking quick lol, I thought I was being autistic. It started off so intriguing and then went into such a screeching halt, it's almost disorienting. Why not go into the full stories of these people? I'm sure that out of all those tens of thousands of cases at least one of them stayed alive and got to tell why and how they even managed to pull it off for so long. Instead the entire video boils down to "person dies and it's discovered they had a stolen identity, no one has any idea what happened in the 20 years they've been off the radar, and there was an identity theft guidebook that taught similar methods so they probably used it I guess."

The dog or the stingray? Pulling a stingray out of water for excessive amounts of time and aggressively probing at its underside is painful. It’s clear the animal is in pain seeing as in the video it clenches up and tries to sting the man in hopes of getting away.
It’s been confirmed by many experts that the behavior of the Stingray in the video is indicative of suffocating to death.
