It probably doesn't matter unless she renewed it in Nevada. However Russ's suspended sentence and probation on the stalking charges also all most certainly includes some form of no contact requirement.

I think a lot of people are making a false assumption that Russhole reads his thread regularly. There's a big problem with that: Almost every single post here every day exceeds the hurtful truth level to the point where exposure to more then a couple of posts would drive him into: #1 a frothing rage or #2 an existential crisis about just how shit his life really is.

I believe he knows this in his subconcious if nowhere else, and he does not read his thread any more then he absolutely HAS to to mine quotes to supplement his statements.

If you think about it, there are only a handful of posts that he quotes in his legal pleadings, often the same old ones over and over again.

Don't worry about Russhole mining any useful data out of our postings. If he's honestly read more then 1% of this thread then I'll kiss him in a way that helps him with his disability.

He would have needed probations permission to move from Utah. So long as he has that, and has not gone anywhere near Erika he probably doesn’t break any rules.

Don't think so, I don't even think he was arrested for his electronic harassment charge, just given a summons. I know he's been threatened with jail more than twice, but as far as I know, he was only arrested for the kill list.

He only quotes what he feels will help him (i.e., what really hurts his fee-fees.) He does read this thread, though. Allow me to present Exhibit A:

Ironically it helps to hide his mouth better and would be a lot better if he took some care of it.

But deep down I think Pipsqueak hates himself and for this he doesn't bother to take care of himself which is why he always looks like he's covered in a thick coating of grease.

He may very well suffer from depression, since he's constantly failing at his impossible to achieve goals. One of the symptoms of depression is neglecting personal hygiene.

I think there are a few reasons he keeps it.

First, like @Phil Ken Sebben said, it hides his mouth. I don't think it's irony, though; I believe it's deliberate. Remember, Russ believes he'd be a hot guy without his disability, so he's trying to hide the most visible symptom of his disability.

Second, he likes to pass himself off as "studly." It's part of the reason he works out and brags that he's a paralegal and that he worked at a law firm once. He thinks it makes him more attractive; the beard, I believe, is kept for the same reason. Manly men have beards. Russ has a beard. Therefore, Russ is a manly man(let).

Third, he's lazy. We've already established that he puts in the minimal effort for everything. He already puts in the bare minimum for hygine; why should his beard be any different?

Fourth, his priorities are fucked up. Why should he waste money on a trimmer or going to a barber? That's less slot machine and hooker money for Russ!

Once upon a time, though, he did try to keep his appearance neat. Probably due to his parents or the church leaning on him.

He posted often of moving, to Phoenix originally then Nevada. It never materialized and he even told Erika he was glad he hadn't moved to Vegas, as they wouldn't have met. Many here were skeptical when he did go, and we don't know what finally made him move.

This post claims he notified the court of his Vegas PO Box, so hopefully it isn't news to those concerned.
