Gee...I hope nobody dropped a virus or program into the system designed to take effect once they manually reboot at the data center...

This could very well be the beginning. Exact same setup as Event 201 > Covid. "It takes the experimental drugs or no internet and banking!"
They were down in the beginning of the month. It's probably unrelated if they are still down. Otherwise it's old news
It's not though. I just checked.
They have had minor shortages and slowdowns as a result of having to pick up the slack from Facebook server data centres, but retards on gab don’t know the difference between this and having a site go down like what’s happened to Facebook.T-Mobile's down? I use Mint, which uses T-Mobile towers and it's still up for me.
I picked up some weekly calls because I assume they'll have this shit fixed by tonightIt lost $20. Like 6% of its worth. If it keeps dropping, then shit'll get real. But I see it going back up in value once the issues are fixed. Just buy the dip fam.
Who said discord is down? I don't think it is. Same with twitter.Forget about Facebook, Discord is down and twitter is experiencing some serious outages.
I thought I was crazy for a minute, but that makes sense that Discord is down since it refuses to load.Forget about Facebook, Discord is down and twitter is experiencing some serious outages.
They don't. The card access system connects to the internet for sure, though. This leads me to believe the hack at FB was credible. They probably locked everything down on purpose to get whatever logs they could for analysis. They have no idea who got what and how, so they've isolated everything.
FB is big and valuable enough for a Stuxnet kind of stunt and the door access is very likely on a local network in the building and suspected as a possible vector.
same people who install smart locks on their homes and get rid of car door key slots. Just techbros being shortsighted as usual
I noticed this earlier. Tried to buy some crypto on coinbase. Ususally can use my bank account. but it just stalled. Thought it was just coinbase.
It's the primary mode of communication for my incompetent government.I only use Twitter to use for post on the farms but if it goes down forever.... oh well.
If this absolute legend destroys twitter next I'll make sure to carve hisAre you kidding???? Someone just launched a fucking nuclear weapon into FB's database. The fall out from this is going to be...beautiful.
This is almost an act of terorism I can get bihind. Whoever did it is a fucking hero - better change any password you ever had associated with google or if you ever used their keychain on Google chrome - RIGHT THE FUCK NOW.
You can be a little more generous with the dating of the stock chart. Overall, Facebook has been doing very well for themselves, and this is just a small hiccup for them. Unfortunately, stock holders aren't shitting bricks as hard as they normally would be and I'm sure it's because Facebook will be back up eventually. It's not like people are going to stop using Facebook after it comes back up.View attachment 2596401
Not sure if I checked it right but its seems like their stocks are getting slammed.
Very very VERY likely. Most people re-use emails and passwords, and a LOT of websites use Facebook logins to authenticate their own servi...if facebook accounts have been hacked and sold, what are the chances that these emial addresses/passwords will be able to be used to get in to other sites?
Didn't something similar happen a few years ago when people hacked the NSA, or something, by using passwords they got in a hotmail hack?
I can't remember the full details.
YouTube, naturallyWhere else can I comment "" on 9 year old's swimsuit pictures?! Oh, the humanity!!!
