Chiming in to say my employer, in a red state, also has an October 15 deadline. And much to the chagrin of much of this thread, I will be getting vaccinated with shot 1 like a good boy before that date. Find a nurse you can bribe to waste the shot. Hopefully you already know one, you've built connections in your community, right? A few words in the right ear, a few favors done and you can go get the shot (squirted into gauze) and have your paperwork done.

All it'll cost is the use of your post hole digger, or some work with your mechanic tools maybe... do you have some frozen fish or game to trade? You'll find something.

I've considered this, but I don't think a bribe of $500 is going to cut it. I've thought about going to one of the vaccinations centres, and just pulling out x amount of money and telling the nurse if you bin that needle and tick me off as having taken it, you'll never see me again. It's not like you could keep coming back after being turned down a few times, it'll attract too much attention and the high these people would get from exposing you might be higher than easy money.

With the Australian government now recognising sinovax and others, if I was an Australian stuck abroad in some of the SEA countries, I'd pay a local doctor to do that very thing, they are comparatively poor and some of these SEA countries are corrupt as fuck, so being stuck overseas the past 18 months might have a silver lining for some.

No, I don't know any nurses, and it seems the antivax/unvaccinated ones are about to get the boot anyway. I'd bet that even for the people that know nurses, most of them are onboard with this shit.

You know the CDC still makes a printable .pdf of the vaccine card available on their website, right? All you need is the information from someone's legit card, and there's millions of pictures of people's vax card plastered all over social media. I've read a few "how to spot a fake" protocols and the only thing they can really go by is matching the drug batch numbers to the region and date the shot was administered. If you use a legit card as the basis for yours, you're golden.
