Facebook will be back up in 2 days, tops. They are a multi billion dollar company, they'll recover.

By low sell high. Maybe good for some quick cash. As of now down over ~14.5% down over the last month but still up ~5.5% over the last 6. It coincides with the Facebook issue and might be telling that this outage goes beyond Facebook. Or, more likely it could be zoomers reporting the issue because Facebook related APIs aren't working.
