Darrick has recently gotten into using cancel culture himself, farms victimhood points to try and get money, abuses kickstarters on single page posters or tables to blow on funding wokeshit at Disneyworld due to being a consoomer, and abuses blockchains too. He's not really anti-woke, he's more a grifter given that he only started doing this in response to Trump winning and realizing how lucrative it was to sell yourself as anti-woke.

And no. They aren't demons in a weird cult or anything. It's an alien stripper titty bar setting that was basically just Darrick showing his variety of fetishes and other degenerate magical realm stuff. The only compliment I'll give him on his work is that his newest product at least keeps its spaghetti in a single book so far: After Dark. Base Chaalt isn't infested with it.

Just two simple sayings: there's a sucker born every minute, and a fool and his money are soon parted.

If that's where people have been spending their wages (or worse, their stimulus checks), more power to them. They're getting very little out of it.

Ironically, per capita I suspect Critical Role might be making less than most of these other streamers. They have a sizable team to pay (including the "players"), while most of the other streamers on that list are one- or two-man operations.

See, that is what I want to know. If Mercer has been telling the others that he can't up their fee because "we haven't been earning enough", there will be some hell to pay soon. It's hard to look at an average of ~400 grand a month (off subscriptions alone) for the past two years and just assume much of it goes into "business expenses".

It's interesting to see how badly they're covering up the income, which gives me the idea that yeah the real runners of the show are cagey about their earnings. Likely because if the "players" knew how much was available (4.5 million per year), they'd ask for more. Especially the shitty celebrity cameos they do.
