I was thinking the same. For all the sperging about whether she's lesbian or bi, trans or nonbinary, or none of the above -- all I really took out of it is that she prefers to represent herself somewhat androgynously.

I'm not a researcher myself so I'm very late to the party on the juicy stuff, but before Kronii nuked the Dottovu accounts she had supposedly liked a ton of lesbian stuff on Twitter. She has almost exclusively voiced lesbian characters. Most of her known friends/colleagues are lesbians or bi. Obviously this is all circumstantial, but it's clear what kind of circles she's in and when you combine everything it paints a fairly suggestive picture. The cherry on top is the picture of her dressing as a tomboy.

My take on Hecatia Graduation: While her sudden graduation was no surprise, I somewhat hold some doubt that she wouldn't reincarnate and they could be a chance she may come back. But I could be wrong and she may never come back; though I'll still be keeping my expectations low just in case.

Also, It's weird that Hecatia went from having just a typical Live 2D model to then apparently having a Gacha Live 2D GIF looping shit. It's unnecessary, Too much going on, and OBVIOUS Coomer bait. Even worse when it can do this shit too. (Found this out from an Artia shill thread from /vt/)

Im pretty sure this was on her part and Cover just let her do her thing because this is her modus operandi, for example she picked Ogura Yui, a seiyuu that speciality was doing voices of lolis the task of voicing this
