It's 99% of the reason any of them pursue the operation in the first place. Which is ironic because the complications are 99% related to the science experiment of 'lengthening the urethra' which inevitably causes most of them to need a cath and bag because their rolled up arm skin starts growing hair. The hair and/or the increased surface area of craggy arm skin results in them not being able to piss at all and often having multiple other issues; infections, relating to it.

I really hope there's some sort of social reaction in a few years and theres Nuremberg type trials for these monsters. This stuff would be too cruel and unusual to feel real if we only read about them being done in some concentration camp experiment but instead they are normalizing it, on children and we get to see how real it is.
