If a person's attractiveness was determined by their hands, I know some balding schizophrenics who are gonna be 10/10s and a lot of sexy celebrities/models that are suddenly deemed super-uggos. That would be a weird world.

The best reactions to all this come from his fans. I haven't seen anyone saying "well, he's hot so idk what anyone is talking about". Only extremely backhanded compliments or straight up denial. He should just come forward, show his average face and start having fun with streams and games. He will still have fans and money. Just no more teens wetting their panties over him.

If he wasn't a mentally deficient person who desperately needs therapy, this is the best thing a person in his position could do. Just embrace the leak and start showing your face. He could hit the gym and lose some weight which gives people like +2 attractiveness points no matter what they look like.

Of course, considering he uses a voice changer, I wonder if there would be a lag between his visual speaking and the outcome of the changer.

In case anyone wants to know, a doctor shared this image of a patient who came in for treatment for his hands that looked like this. They were trying to treat him and eventually were able to get out of him that he was repeatedly abusing buprenorphine/suboxone, a powerful opiate commonly used to treat opiate addiction by injecting it into his wrists. I guess the doctor shared this as a kind of warning to other doctors and to get doctors to consider things that a patient might not want to readily admit.

That reminds me of that one situation, I can't remember the guy who did it but I remember it was a thing I heard about from YTers who covered Twitter shit
He was a furry with a huge fetish for paws so he used dried ice on his hands so they had to be amputated so he could get paws to replace his hands
