She's IFP, of course, but there doesn't seem to be any activity since three years ago. Maybe Hardin should ask for those records too?

That filing indicates that it's for a writ of mandamus, so I'd guess she's asking them to spank the naughty district court for not giving her what she wants.

It goes without saying that yeah, it'd be nice to have all of the documents. Although given that there's a time crunch and a cost associated with obtaining them, Null/Hardin have to decide whether they're likely to be relevant to the motion for fees. The originating case and the court's ruling in that case is probably going to be more useful than Melinda's screeching about how the original court was wrong.
