very weird, doesn’t match up either with faiths recent tweets being jabs at the gunt. she has no reason to want to drop the charges, she knows it’d be a detriment to her. let’s also remember she’s an attention whore and this seems pretty out of character unless she’s still dumb enough to be manipulated by ralph. if that’s the case it’s possible she actually did send him the photo of her phone screen to prove she requested the charges to be dropped. that is a very bad look for ralph.

That Faith didn't want to pursue charges because she wasn't mentally up to being dragged into a potentially year-long criminal proceeding regarding what is almost certainly the most embarrassing incident in her life? That she wanted to keep the reason secret and lied to do it? Wow, big fucking bombshell, Faith sometimes lies about things, especially things that she doesn't want her dad to find out about.

Shit like this is standard routine for domestic cases. Why anyone would think this matters in the context of a prosecution, I don't get it. The reason why I would believe this is legit is because if it were fake, the person in question would have the good sense to make Faith say something actually harmful.

Ralph really needs to start dropping actual bombshells if he's going to leak things to /cow/.

The screenshot you posted earlier said it was why the charge was dropped the first time. Maybe there was no deal, but Faith wanted to move on. It would explain why the state stopped pursuing it initially, but now that the new pregnancy is flaunted, he and Pantsu were taking swipes at her and her family, Faith is angry and decided to continue. Blaming the state for not doing anything would be easier than explaining to your father you don't want to go through with it.

If it's real it might be evidence the defense is allowed access to.
