The antibodies last for 90-120 days. You can get it again, and with the different strains out there, I'm just trying to be safe.

I’m not so sure the duration of protection provided by natural infection being limited to 3-4 mo is borne out by the facts. In any case, if you’ve had such a bad experience I can see why you want to avoid it. Maybe the mental protection alone would make it worth it.

In my case, the mRNA vaccine has caused some chest problems. They have not developed into pericarditis/myocarditis at this stage but I am taking it easy to avoid causing any damage.
