This is old, so I apologize, but it was linked in the Sideshow thread when a MtF was bragging about going to this same doctor, to get FFS and... I am so sad about this, man. I know I shouldn't be. This person desperately trying to put herself out there and get anyone to listen about what this surgeon did to her, her life and appearance ruined to the point where she might have killed herself by now, and the other trannies just do not care, to the point that they're still falling over themselves to give more money to the surgeon who did it. Yeah, my first thought with this is how unaware these people are of what SRS actually does or is capable of doing.

The white things on her lower legs are compression devices to prevent blood clots - they use them during surgery or for people who can't move their legs post op. They fill up with air.

The idea of compression garments and the mention of Lipo made me wonder how the shape of these things holds up over time. Anyone recall if they are in some type of sleeve post op? It was also making me think of how amputated limbs can get misshapen if compression isn't used properly.

I imagine the tissue being friable/very fragile at this point after all of the issues and repeated trauma. The gravity pulling the neophallus down is probably too much for the skin + sutures + fucked up blood flow issues to handle at this point. Standing it up would be the least amount of tension on the patchwork.

Until it is literally killing them they will try to make it "work" (keep it on at all costs).

Yeah went back and looked, it looks like (and I think someone already said it) they're pumping as much blood in there as possible.

So that and swelling I'm guessing might make it stand up.

Going back and looking at it, it was never in good shape even right after surgery.

I'm revising it coming off in a matter of days (instead of a month).
