This is, to my admittedly limited eye, a Ruger Precision Rifle. Not super expensive as this sort of thing goes, about two grand and change before you get spendy with the optics and other accessories. He presumably spent extra for the .300 Win Mag because .308 doesn't make his balls feel big enough.

It's one of the biggest things that infuriates me about the online world. You can file for unemployment even if you quit or were fired. You might be disqualified from actually receiving benefits for a period of time (but not forever) if your reasons for quitting aren't acceptable or if you were fired for misconduct, but the burden is usually more on the employer than on the person who filed to prove it wasn't justified. Health is an acceptable reason so she very well could get unemployment, depending on how nice the people in charge of her filling are.
