They always seem to forget that rural schools are woefully underfunded but do just as well as the rich white suburban schools. Also that urban schools are rich as fuck comparatively. It isn't funding. It is the student body.
This "grass is greener" shit has been going on forever and will never change. Everybody knows what the problem really is, black culture is anti-intellectual, this is just window dressing so that the community can scam more cash from state coffers for dem programs.

It really is interesting how the demands aren’t for more teachers to be hired so kids can get more quality time with them, or to add aides in the classrooms, or to do things like hire people who are good at math to teach math, blah blah.
The demands are ALWAYS for a few hundred thousand+$$ to be thrown at some company run by a couple of grievance studies majors who will be happy to provide you some canned Powerpoints and be deputized to audit everything to “root out” racism, which guess what, will turn out to be endemic, pervasive, and will require your entire school system to be “dismantled,” oh and also to tell you you have to hire dozens more black grievance professionals to lead DEI efforts and serve as ongoing political officers for the regime.
The cure is ALWAYS a jobs program for black people who went to college and learned nothing more than how to use the words “harm” and “services” etc. It is a tribal program run by the tribe, for the tribe. I guarantee you if you did a social network analysis you’d find basically black clans (families, sororities, professional orgs that are really just a continuation of families and sororities) are running this thing in groups, and they keep the proceeds within the group.

Yeah one time me and few other finnish exchange students translated finnish wordplays in english literally. Naturally no one else could get them but we had a blast.
It's not only that phases don't translate but the transition needs give attitude, tone, formality and flow or the original meaning is lost. Literal one to one gets you only so far and often looses the point completely. Jokes and missundestandings often need careful wording to make sense. A word or a term might not exist in the language you're translating into and so you might need either explain or at least hint what it's about. In film and tv translation you also have to take account how much and how text is on the screen, so that it's readable and flows with action.

Just picking one issue i have knowledge of from all that. Anyone who has investigated child support fraud will know how ludicrous it is to suggest its as simple as that.
Put yourself in the position of a child support policy maker. The more accurate you want a support calculation to be, the more complex the system needs to be to account for the many variations that come with someones income. The more complex it is, the more staff you need, and the longer parents have to wait for money.
Once youve got a system that can accurately calculate not just once, but as earnings change, how will you enforce it?
Many governments have tried complex systems and have failed spectacularly. In the UK we wrote of millions in unpaid maintenance as unrecoverable. Not because the paying parent wouldnt pay, but because the calculation method was so complex that it couldnt be defended when a court asked the state to prove the money was owed.
The UK then switched to a simple method. But it still is a failure, requiring the hiring of investigators to deal with missed income that was missed due to the simplification.
Like all the issues mentioned by these people, they are painfully complex. To just list these things as if governments have negligently failed to address them due to their disregard of marginalised bodies is peak ignorance.

I'm on board with "I'd love to inflict the results of their short-sighted bullshit on them", but we're both on the same page on the "it's impossible to get those freedoms back", since I haven't heard of a modern Cincinnatus, willing to give up an iota of their granted power.
