I typed the phrase in on twitter and everyone seems to be using it in the context of being vaccinated. The phrase seems to be so new that some users are discovering its usage to mean 'vaccinated twice'.

I can't tell you what チソ is referencing or borrowing, though.

So, I remember for the 3rd big live concert CVOER showed off their Live3D capabilities with having Gens0 to 3 become actually 3D with whatever tech it was. Listening to Calli atm at DigiKomi, I kinda wanna see that tech used for her one day. Imagine this reaper dork boucing around stage, doing the typical rapper movements, and as she sings something light like this and, because anime, she goes from her rapper getup to somekind of reaper idol costume, or some kind of reaper-rapper idol costume.. whatever works!.

Max optimism, but it would be glorious. Hooboi.. wtf did they put in my copium??

I'd imagine knockers that size would sag pretty heavily as she got older, and bigger bras are really hard to find. If my mother has problems with her back then I can't imagine how she must feel. Certainly don't envy her, and can't blame her for wanting reductions.

I've watched Ichika almost since she debuted and she's honestly pretty wholesome. She does have sexual aesthetic as part of her character, but it isn't played up too much, and she does ACTUALLY have massive tits, so it's not like it was added to her character for clicks. It's also refreshing having her not hide her roommate but also not focus on her. Her English isn't bad, so you can figure her out before too long, and she's very earnest. She has a thick skin and doesn't give thirstposters in chat too much attention, but she doesn't ignore it, either. She's very optimistic. I am being completely sincere when I say I put her in the wholesome quadrant of the chart. She's kind of low energy, but that makes her great for putting on when you're working or need to multitask. I recommend her to anyone that wants a chill JP/EN hybrid, the booba doesn't really come into play much. She tweets about her character's booba vastly more than it ever comes up on stream, but she also tweets some pretty introspective shit about vtubing without letting it become a whine.

Give her a try, she's genuinely wholesome in streams.

Granted, that's a feminist site, but it shows that the joke is obvious to native speakers, too. Based on that, my guess is チソ is used by some instead of チン to avoid saying or writing フルチン or ちんちん.
